I was told by cashier at Riteaid that come January there will be no more printed ups. No option to opt out. All ups will go to card. Can anyone verify this?
I was told there was no more printed now and had no option. It changed with my card automatically.
Customers DO have the option of printing +UP Rewards as before on your receipt. I logged on to riteaid.com, clicked on the ‘Contact’ tab at the upper right hand corner. Up pops a ‘Chat Now’ picture of a Rite Aid Representative. I typed that I was unhappy with my rewards being Loaded2Card and wanted to opt out. She said she could help me with that and then asked questions to confirm my identity. Have your Wellness Card number ready. You could also call the 800-748-3243 (1-800-riteaid) number. I imagine it’s easier to ‘Instant Message’ with a Live Representative.
As for whether this will be changing in January, I do not know. Hope this helps.

be careful on the Dawn. I bought 3 bottles (1 green apple, 2 lavender) and 1 Puffs. All were tagged 4/$5 with $2+UP. After I paid, and walking out the door I noticed the lavender Dawn rang up $1.39. So my +UP didn’t get loaded. I went back in and it was a fiasco b/c the cashier said I’d only be refunded my actual OOP and she wouldn’t let me do a return/rebuy w/out receipt for whatever reason. I’m going to call CS in a bit, hopefully they can load the $2 UP.

Yes, I’m in Northern CA and did the Honey Maid graham cracker deal. It’s weird, but only some stores carry these graham crackers. So even though there is the extra 4-page ad, if your store doesn’t stock them, you won’t get the deal.

Here’s the deal that I’ve read on different blogs: If you have the 4-page ad, Honey Maid (regular) graham crackers are 2/$5 (look for the “Nabisco Crackers or Mrs. Field’s Cookies” ad with the Ritz & Mrs. Fields pictures), plus get $2 Up (limit 2), plus this double dips with buy $10, get $5 Up from Lays. So buy 4 for $10, use 2 – $1 off 2 Nabisco printable (Smartsource), pay $8, get back 2-$2 Ups + $5 Up = $10-$2 = $8, get back $9 Up, $1 mm. I don’t know why the $5 Up is from Lays (is it a company related to Nabisco?) or why this works only on Honey Maid crackers and not Ritz. Hope that helps.

I went to Rite Aid, Cleveland, OH and found the Vicks Fusion on sale on the clearance bin for $2.70. I was able to use the $3 off 2 and still received the $2 +Up Reward when you buy 2 (limit 2 offers).

Yes. When the coupons say “do not combine with any other coupon” they are referring to using multiple manufacturer coupons on one item. The video value coupons are considered store coupons. RiteAid allows you to stack 1 manufacturer coupon with 1 store coupon on 1 item. It can be confusing because the video value coupons do say manufacturer coupon on the top of them. An easy way to tell at RiteAid what is considered a store coupon and what is not is to look at the barcode. RiteAid store coupons have barcodes that start with RC followed by a set of numbers, manufacturer coupons only have numbers.
One other thing to mention is the Lysol is a regional deal, so make sure it’s in your store ad or have the cashier price check the items before you purchase them. They were not on sale at my local stores.

This is the most weird week I have been shopping at Rite Aid. I found the snapware is not tracking and there is no tag said 5up with $15 purchase. I live in Ca. I guess there are regional deals this week.
I am in Northern CA. You have to check your store ad to make sure your store has the regional deals. My local store has the regional deals (chapstick, goldfish, hormel). I went to a store only 10 miles away (different county) and they do not have the regional deals. Make sure to check the ads and the signs under the product. It was pretty embarrassing returning goldfish crackers and hormel. The manager knew what was going on and processed my return with a smile.
I bought 3 Simplify paper towel 8-packs at 4.99 a piece and received 3 $2 +up rewards and an extra $2 +up reward printed for having spent over $10 on the Simplify paper towels! It was a nice surprise. So after the +up rewards I spent $6.97 for 24 rolls! That’s only 0.29 per roll

I think that wasn’t a deal this week. Or it was regional. My sister and I are in two different cities three hours apart in NC and neither had it.
I dont know what happen. But my +UP reward was gone for no reason… 🙁
So i bought the Lipton iced teas deal I however forgot to go to my saving star and get my $5 wyb $10 coupon. I just got my coupon, If I go up to the store will they do a quick return for me so I can get my additional $5 (I realize they know nothing about the $5 and have nothing to do with it.) I’m basically worried about the +up reward. Cause I’m thinking if they return and I buy it back it’ll give me another up reward and that wouldn’t be right because I’m not buying another set of them. Or will my other reward be void? Does that even ever happen?
Rite-Aid hasn’t been matching well for me since Collin moved. I’m in AL. I just make my list as usual, and ALWAYS look in the ad or read the stickers before I buy. Still very thankful for the match-ups:)
Can we see how many up rewards we have and when they expire by logging into our wellness account? I can’t figure out how to do this.
