I bought from Totsy and quality was poor. It was dollar store quality but more expensive. i emailed customer service but never got a reply.

Same exact raincoats including the police car one. Just a heads up. The quality is nice in my opinion and the price is great. They aren’t cheap or plastic and have an inner lining.
