Hey guys – you have to be willing to buy a whole chicken and brine it. I am not much of a cook, so I said “pass” to this one. Congrats to those who get it!

  2. Nikki

The offer was in my account but I don’t want to go thru all the hoops they require to participate-photos, videos, recipes. Yikes! Just for a bottle of K.

  3. Amy

    I said no too

  4. Tarri

I signed up, DH loves to cook whole chickens

I hope I get it! I have always wanted to try brining and this sounds really good. Plus it will be a great opportunity for my son and I to work together in the kitchen!

  6. Barb

yeah, too much work for me. lol.

  7. Jennifer

um ok I am dumb Lol what is brining?

    • Ashley57

I googled it. It is basically creating some kind of marinade for the chicken to sit in overnight, I think. Someone correct me if I am wrong!

    • Tanisha

Brining is just marinating meat in a salty liquid. Plain and simple 🙂

      • Nikki

        And brother, Kikkoman is salty.

Brining is a process where you put chicken in a liquid (I have used water with spices and some sugar). Leave it overnight then cook.

The chicken comes out very moist.

My husband hates whole chickens so I have to pass on this.
