WOOHOOO so excited for the pizza deal. just called and they said they “have a TON in stock” 😀 😀 😀 😀 good luck to everyone else getting this deal!

    • Sue

How will the pizza deal work when there is a limit of four and you need to buy 6 to get the good deal?

      • alan

i got my cvs ad today and it has no limit

      • Mel

You only need to buy 4 – BOGO is the store sale and buy 2 get 1 free is the coupon.

      • Dianne

I just got back from CVS, and I bought 6 without knowing the limit was 4. All rang up B!G!. Maybe the limit of 4 applies to 4 get one free deals?

        • Rebecca

I’m in southern Ohio and Just bought 6 and they all rang up B1G1.

          • Suzanne

Whew thanks for letting me know that because my list for today is
already made up with the 6 pizzas =)

            • Pam

so if you buy 6 and use two of the b2g1 coupons, are you only essentially paying for ONE then? That can be confusing to combine bogo with b2g1!

            • katie

last week there was a bogo deal with a limit of 5 at cvs. i think the limit with bogo means how many deals/pairs, not how many items.

  2. robin

Thank you Collin! You are MUCH appreciated!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You are so welcome, Robin! 😀

  3. Emily

    Thanks Collin!
There’s a lot of nice deals this week!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You are welcome, Emily! 😀

      • Emily

I’ve watched all your video series numerous times. Are you going to do any more out field shopping? Just thought I’d ask because I love watching you!

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yes, I hope to do lots more videos out in the field so stay tuned! 😀

  4. Mer

Great job Collin!! The pizza buy 2 get 1 free coupon is only up to $6.51. Thanks!!

    • Sue

I am confused how the pizza deal will work when there is a limit of four? Help please.

      • mary

        I think that means there’s a limit of 4 BOGO deals…so 8 pizzas total.

        • Becky

My store didn’t have a limit so yrmv. Mine also had a lower price per pizza @7/ea before bogo.

          • thelostpond

My Buy2 Get 1 coupon is only up to $6.01 not $6.51. Weird. 🙁

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks Mer and Sue! I just updated the pizza scenario… still a great deal! 😀

    • thelostpond

Anyone else get the buy2 get1 with a value of only $6.01 and not $6.51?

      • ann

My buy2get1 coupon also came up $6.01. However they let me use the $2/2 coupon in addition, so good deal. I bought 6 total-used 2b2go coupons and 2 $2/2 coupons. Like paying for only one.

  5. Elizabeth

Thank you Collin! I know putting the matchups together is a lot of hard work and it is very much appreciated. With that said I do miss the ad matchups being posted earlier in the day…..they use to be up between 3 & 5 pm EST and lately it’s been 8 pm or later. If they could be posted just a little earlier I would love you forever 😉 If not, I understand & will still love you

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You are welcome, Elizabeth! Sorry for the delay today in getting these deals up and posted… my household was quite crazy today! 😀

      • Rose

Ty Collin for taking the time for your family today . They deserve your time too. And as we can’t do the deals til Sunday who really should mind what time you so graciously post them for us. I so thankful for your site and all your helpers .

    • christy

You can always look up the ads and figure out the deals yourself, if you need them earlier:)

      • Elizabeth

        It’s ok Collin. I understand.

Christy, I do look up the ads and figure up the deals. I also check other blogs, but I like to compare everything with Collin’s matchups. I’m usually missing 1 or 2 great deals before looking over her list

  6. Priscilla

Is anyone else having trouble printing coupons? It will say that my coupons printed but they didn’t. I tried printing to my printer from notepad and it worked. I have printed coupons within the past several days too. Not sure what’s going on.

    • Leigh

I am having the same issue, Priscilla. On coupons.com…getting the ID gum coupon. 🙁

    • mel

@ coupons.com?? I was just trying to print the Stride ID and a few others and nothing happened. went back through and clicked the coupons again and it worked. IDK what’s going on??!

    • Margaret

yes. So odd. I have had that problem too. Wonder why? Only sometimes. Had that problem the other day with the digiornos and them it worked. Others have printed for since. Just tried the gum one and had the problem again.

    • Katherine

Yes same thing here…they must be having some tech difficulties.

  7. Ri

If I buy Nexxus for $20.00. Can I get $5.00 in your Saving Star account whenever you spend $20.00 on any of the products in the Unilever family by Thanksgiving?? Because Nexxus is Unilever brands. ..

    • mel

yep! I did the deal the week before and got the $5 deposited 2 days after my purchase @ CVS!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Woo Hoo! Just updated the scenario…. thanks! 😀

    • Griscelda

I’ve done the nexus deal twice and have never received anything in my savings start account. I saved the coupon and nothing.

      • CynthiaL

You can try contacting SavingStar. My account wasn’t credited for the Chex Mix deals last month and I contacted them. They have excellent customer service and I got my credits two days later. HTH!

  8. paula

Did the pizza deal today and the coupon will only discount $6.51 but the pizza was $7.49 each so still a good deal, did not have a problem buying six either with add stating limit of four,I think it depends on your store.

  9. Brittany

    Thanks Collin!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You are welcome! 😀

  10. Tammy

There is a coupon for 50 cents off Den-Tek in the latest issue of All You magazine.

    • Pam

      Thanks for mentioning this, Tammy!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Thanks Tammy! Just added it.

    • Erica

Do you have the ALL You subscription or did you purchase in store? Reason why I ask is because I haven’t received my November issue. I’m hoping it wasn’t lost. Thanks

      • Rebe

I havent got mine either, should be here by early next week! 🙂

        • Erica

Thank you Rebe! I was going crazy looking for it 🙂

          • Seth

I received mine last week. Hopefully you’ll get it this week. If not make sure to get a rain check

  11. Liv

There’s also a $6 MIR for the Advil Congestion Relief so $1MM after rebate and ECB!

  12. mel

Speaking of Stride.. the ID coupon says Redeemable At Walmart. I know my store won’t take it cause of the coupon policy. so ymmv!

    • keriann

with saving star is it $20 before coupons or $20 after coupons? Also i just recieved a reply back from olay rebate from summer, stating i didnt qualify, i am thinking it was after coupons, it didnt say why!!

      • mel

its before coupons. I used ECBs, 2 $3/1 IPs and a 25%, so I paid very little oop.

I didn’t do this past Olay rebate, but previous offers I’ve used coupons and always received the prepaid card. maybe you bought something that didn’t qualify or transposed a UPC?? If there’s a phone #, call them. Sometimes the ppl who process them make mistakes.

      • Seth

That’s odd. I did the Olay deal spend $30 receive $10 which was a mail in rebate. I used coupons and if I remember correctly I think my total after coupons was around $5 or $6 and I received a $10 Olay gift card awhile back. I always make a copy of the rebate/receipt and save it and then toss when I get the rebate back just in case there is any question about it. If you have the number, I would give them a call. Never hurts to ask!

    • Mary

Does it print with the Walmart logo on it? If not you should still be able to use it there.

      • mel

it says “redeemable at Walmart”. The CVS I shop won’t take coupons with store logos or that say redeemable at. Now, they will take it if it says “available at xxx”. Its no biggie, I’ll probably PM at WM anyway since I have to go there tomorrow for a few things.

  13. Kris

Thanks for match-ups! Just a heads up when I printed the Trident iD gum coupon says “redeemable at walmart” at the bottom. Do they still take those?

    • Kris

      Oops meant Stride iD

    • Mary

As long as it doesn’t print with the store logo on it you can use it there.

    • Jennifer

If it says “redeemable at xxxx”, you can only use it at xxxx. However, you can just take the CVS ad and cooupons to Walmart and get the same deal for free with their price matching system. 🙂

      • katie

actually, you can only use it at a certain store if it says “redeemable ONLY at xxxx”. if it says “redeemable at xxxx”, that’s just a suggestion and other stores will take it (depending on the other store’s coupon policy, since stores like cvs say they won’t take coupons with other stores’ names on them).

  14. Blinky

I think there’s a coupon for any Lipton iced tea in the Pepsi insert from 09/30. $1/2 more than 64 oz. I think.

    • BLT

Unfortunately, the only 2 coupons I found were:
$1 off when you buy 2- 64oz bottles
      $1 off when you buy 2- 12pks

  15. Stephanie

Does anyone know if the $30 on Bounty/Puffs/Charmin has to be in one transaction? I have a few $4 off of $20 coupons that I want to use. They keep printing up for me at the register!

    • Sara

You can do it in multiple transactions, that’s why CVS is one of my favorite stores.

      • Brandy

Hi, you can also stack the $4 off $20 coupons as long as you spend $40 in one transaction… or $60 you can use 3 and so on!!

        • Samantha

No the coupons have recently started printed with a ‘only one $$ off coupon per transaction’ in the fine print.

  16. angela

Hi..I need a little help. We are not coffee drinkers but have company coming next week who do drink coffee every morning. Can someone tell me if that is a good deal on the coffee (Folgers 34.5 oz for 7.99 minus the $1ECB and then the coupon)? Thanks a lot…and yes we do have a coffee maker which we pull out for guests!

  17. Blinky

Also just realized that I got a $2/1 Mentos curvy bottle coupon from the CVS machine! If you got this the deal Collin posted is even better!

    • mel

sweet! I got 2 this past week and thought I’d never use them, but dh likes to keep gum in his car, so 2 free packs for him!

      • Tina

I thought they were 2.50 a bottle? Oh and will the 20% work on the pizza deal like this……6×7.99=47.94 minus 9.58 ( the 20%) then minus 3×7.99cvs then 6.01×2 = so total OOP would be $2.37?

        • mel

tina – 2/$5 less 2 $2 off Mentos from the magic cpn machine less $1/2 Mentos from the 10/7 SS = Free

Unfortunately, the 20% doesn’t work on sale items. BOGO free is a promotional sale.

          • Tina

ok thanks that answers my questions…. no $1/2 mentos in my SS paper thats why i was confused..:( Off to cvs to go scan my card hoping for the $10/$50 again !@_@!

            • mel

you’re quite welcome! Lucky you with the $10/50’s! I haven’t gotten one of those in ages! This week it would have come in handy!

  18. mel

Heads up to make the Advil ECB deal sweeter, there’s a rebate offer in the 10/14 RP up to $6 back!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks, Mel! Just added it. 😀

  19. Kristen

Heads up!!!!!! Email the dentek company and ask them for some coupons (I also mentioned I love using their products!) and they will send you a page full of high value coupons that don’t expire until 2014..they were in my mailbox in three days!!!

    • Carol

Kristen, What is Dentek’s email address for the coupons? Thanks 😊

      • Kristen

Try this: info@dentek.com (i got this off their site)
I did this a couple of months ago and I deleted the message but I’m 99.9% sure that’s where I emailed them…good luck 🙂

        • SJ

Thank you Kristen, that email address worked great.

  20. BLT

I hope it’s not just me but I’m having hard time understanding the pizza deal.
The coupon states “Buy 2 get 1 Free”.
So would the deal be buy 2 get 3 free?
    EX: 2 BOGO Sale = 4 pizzas
1 Free if using the buy 2 get 1 free coupon
Total = 5 pizzas for the price of 2?

    • Pam

I’m wondering the same thing. Wouldn’t you be getting 5 for the price of 2 after the sale and with using the B2G1 coupon?

      • mel

If you buy 4, 2 are free with the store sale. Using the B2G1 Free coupons takes off 1 more pizza (remember coupons are a form of payment, its no different than using 2 $1/1 coupons on a BOGO Free sale). In the end, you are paying for 1 pizza and 3 are free (2 with the sale and 1 with the coupon)

        HTH!

        • BLT

          Thanks for the clarification Mel.
I did the transaction as you stated and it worked fine.
          Thanks Again

  21. Molly

I am so sad, I missed the pizza coupons 🙁

    • Kidsallgone

I wouldn’t have a clue how to use it if I had it! LOL!
What if I wanted to buy 2 pizzas, would I pay for 2 and get 4 free if I used 2 of the buy 2 get 1 free coupons? Just curious. Way over this old head! 😉 😉 😉

      • mel

I missed it too.. but my store only sells the thick crust pepperoni or cheese and we prefer thin crust supreme!

  22. Carol_R

Thanks so much for your awesome match-ups Collin and for all your hard work compiling them.

  23. Tracy

Don’t use the ID gum coupons yet. They will be a $1 money maker next week as they will be on sale 3 for $3 and get back $1 ECB

    • Sarah

The coupon Collin listed is for the 3 pack. The sale next week is for the individual packs. So you won’t be able to use the coupon next week.

      • Marie

Yeah, I checked that after I saw her post. Then I realized the coupon was for the multipack and not 3 ind. packs.

  24. Chelsea

Can anyone who’s already done the pizza deal tonight give us a run-down of how your transaction went? I’m super curious and want to be prepared tomorrow morning when i get to the store! TIA! 🙂

    • Leng L

No problem at all. Buy 6 pizzas, the 2nd, 4th and 6th will ring up as free. Then handover the 2 buy2get1free coupons, and the machine will deduct $6.51 for each coupon. Hope this helps.

      • Tina

My cashier read every coupon before he scannned them so he made me buy 7 pizzas when I should have bought 8 ugh I was a little angry and confused because my deal went wrong…Anyway I got 7 pizzas for 15.94 they were 6.99 at my store so 3 free from cvs and 2 free from 2 coupons……I also bought 2 revlon nail clippers for 1.99 each and got $5EB and bought the physicans formula 9.99 and other stuff… So my total was 65.55 minus $10/$50 plus all my other q’s, used $28 in EB and paid $3.47 OOP so not too bad.. thanks for all the comments and this blog 🙂 hope everyone else gets good deals.

        • Tina

I got $1 pantene EB, $7 physicans EB and $5.00 revlon EB

      • Becky

Mine went smoothly. I got 6 pizzas and 3 came off as free when the cashier totaled and my 2 coupons rang at their maxes without a hitch making two more almost free. My store had a lower price on them so I still essentially got 6 for the price of 1.

    • Chelsea

Thanks for all your input! My transaction went smoothly. The pizzas were $7.49 at my store but it was still a great deal!

  25. db

Just FYI, the nexxus coupons are still available on Target, just not under personal care. I had to scroll though all of the coupons and it was around page 10. Just printed 2! 🙂

Also, for the Revlon nail clippers deal, the compact clippers are 2.00 each at my store, and they still give the 5ecb, so 1MM!! I had a $2 off Revlon tools coupon, so $3 mm for me!!!

Thanks for all that you do Collin!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh awesome! Thanks for the update!

    • Francine

Where did the $2 Revlon tool q come from?

      • Jenni

She may be referring to the coupon received from the magic coupon machine. I received one as well a couple of weeks back,

        • irene

I got one from mcm, too. Clippers are $2.99 at my store.

  26. Sue

So the Nexxus coupon on Target.com is Target coupon, right? Thanks

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      It’s actually a manufacturers coupon! 🙂

  27. Nikki

Just a head’s up-if you’re doing the 4 Glade deal get to CVS when the doors open. Next to impossible to find all 4 in stock.

  28. Shimu

I had to use one stride I’d q bcoz it exp 10/13/12

  29. Sarah

By my calculations and if all items are in stock…with my $10 off $50, 20% off and all my coupons are ECB back I should be able to get $50 worth of items for FREE!! Woot!

    • couponladyiam

I Just want to be helpful, Sarah. $10 off $50 will work against 20% coupons, because SAVINGS APPLIED TO TOTAL QUALIFYING PURCHASE AFTER OTHER CVS COUPONS & DISCOUNTS ARE APPLIED.”…Which Means Purchase based coupons (Ex. $4 off $20) included.
I got the explanation from recumbentrider.
I had to pay 8 dollars more than I expected because of the fact above.

  30. GT

Did any one get $10 mail in rebate for advil and $5 for PG which was previously available?
Any one has their phone numbers?.Thanks

    • Cristie

I just got my $5 from PG yesterday. Still waiting on the $10.

      • Kitty

I got the $5 and $10 one a few days ago in gift cards. Am I eligible for the next Olay rebate that starts today? It’s $15 off $50

  31. Jackie

I think you have the wrong zegrid coupon. My 7 dollar off one expired 9/9 but the two dollar one in the same insert does expire 10/14

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh how strange! According to the coupon database, the coupon in the 8/26 SS also expires 10/14? I’ll update the post. Thanks!

  32. Dawn

I went to CVS last night and the Axe hair styling products ARE part of the deal, even though they don’t say it in the ad. I checked the coupon machine and it was 2/$9, and the coupon rang up $6 off, since the cashier didn’t change it, and I got $3 EB back, so it made the Axe deal free!!
Also, my All You magzine November issue has 50c off coupon for the Dentek, not 55. That’s kinda weird.

    • CoolSue

Which coupon is $6 off Dawn?

  33. Nikki

Well I had just the opposite experience here in our Acworth, GA CVS on Baker Rd.
Cashier adjusted down my Pantene B1G1 Q so I told him no thanks, didin’t want it.
Went down the st. to the other store and they scanned full price-no problems. Go figure.
    One of those YMMV deals…

    • Seth

Well technically they should adjust the BOGO coupon down per their coupon policy so the cashier was doing the right thing.

  34. Norma

I got an awesome deal on 3.5 oz ban roll on deodorant last night. It’s the only deodorant we use and it’s very expensive. Usually around $4.34 each. They currently have a $3 ECB when you buy 2. Regular price was $5.49 and I was going to use my 20% off and get the $3 ECB. Well I scanned it at the magic coupon machine and it was showing for $3.49! And I still got my $3 ECB…so my final cost was $1.99 each. That’s a great price for me! Love my CVS.

  35. Ray

Hey guys I just went to CVS and decide to price check the axe styling products and they were included in the sale price of 2 for $9!!!It makes it a great deal if you use the Buy 1 styling product get one shampoo free. Heres the deal I came up with.
Buy 1 Axe styling product and 1 Shampoo- 2/$9
Use B1G1 Free shampoo- $6 (Max value) or $4.50
Pay $3 or $4.50 and get back a $3 ECB
    Have a great week couponing!

  36. Gia

The coupon for the puffs says $0.25 off three puffs singles or one 3-pack. Will four coupons (stated in the deal above) still work?

    • aki

I was wondering about this puff coupon too, in my local cvs they are sold as singles 124 count, 3 packs of small singles…and the ad states the only puff included in deal is the single 124 count.

      • aki

Ms. Gia, I just went to cvs and used the $0.25 coupon for the 124 count puff and it worked 🙂

  37. Melanie

Is Recyclebank not letting you print 2 cpns anymore?

  38. zaza

    • Griscelda

Yup I scored 2 free bottles this morning! 🙂

  40. Griscelda

I’m surprised you didn’t post about the Colgate deal. It’s even on their add. Certain Colgates are on sale for for $2.99 and the coupon machine will give you a $2 coupon, combine it with the 75 cent manufacture coupon pay 24 cents for the big toothpaste!! I think that’s a great deal

    • Jen

I was thinking the same thing! Maybe it’s regional.

  41. Kimberly

I didn’t get the $1/3 Hershey coupon in the 10/14 SS. However, I did go back through my stash and found a $1/2 Hershey coupon in the 9/9 SS. Worth a look if you didn’t end up with today’s coupon. 🙂

  43. Diana

Ok, i’m new to the SavingStar process. for the unilever deal, do I have to “activate” a coupon for this in my account or is it just an automatic thing? I don’t see it as one of the available coupons so i’m hoping it’s just an all-around promo?! TIA!

    • Pam

you have to activate it. It may already be “sold out”

    • mel

the One or Many ecoupons don’t show up if you happen to be using the smartphone App. When you log into savingstar site, the One or Many deals auto-roll, so look at the bottom of the bar for the Unilever, click on that box and activate the coupon. You have to activate it, otherwise you won’t get credit.

      • Diana G

Thank u – I was on my phone trying to find it!

  44. amber

anyone find the stride id 3 pack?

    • Jennifer

I checked at 2 CVS stores by me and it appears that CVS (at least in my area) does not sell the iD variety. You can try price matching the ad at walmart?

      • mel

the 3pk was hanging on an an endcap around the seasonal aisle. Can’t believe they’re already setting up for Christmas!! Anyway, around the Halloween bagged candy is where I found the Stride ID gum. So if it isn’t around the normal candy, you may have to hunt around for it! Sometimes new items don’t have spot, so they gotta put it where they can.

        • amber

oh, Thank you. I’ll have to stop by and check there. 🙂

        • glylibra

thanks…i didn’t find them by the gum aisle…so ill def. look around =)

  45. Bansal

Any one would like to trade $10 Extracare bucks?

    • Stephanie

ECBs are connected to particular cards and cannot be used without the card, so you cannot not trade them.

  46. Trinity

Anyone in the chicago-land area noticing that we’re not getting all of the inserts anymore?!! This week I only got 1 Redplum & 1 PG insert. Aren’t we supposed to have 3 – SS, RP & PG? They used to be really good but I feel jipped lately!!

    • Trinity

Last week — I was missing the RP insert!!!! GRRRRRR!!!

      • Stephanie

I was missing inserts the past couple of weeks. Yesterday I never even got my paper (Tribune).

  47. Marie

I think it all has to do with the people putting the newspapers together. 2 weeks ago I was missing a smartsource insert from 1 paper I subscribe to, last week I was missing a redplum insert from 1, and today 1 of my papers had 3 of the P&G. Go figure.

    • Trinity

Perhaps, but it’s just so frustrating!!

  48. Kidsallgone

OK I think I need a little “hip” help 🙂
I am thinking of getting 3 of the toilet paper 3 x $9.99 and also getting $20 worth of the BOGO vitamins (any brand). I want it to equal $50 so that I can use my $10/$50, so here are my questions:
1: Can I use a CVS qpon for $4/$20 for vitamins, along with the $10/$50 if my total is $50?
2: Do I need to buy vitamins that actually equal $20? Or if I buy 1 for $10, will the BOGO one (for $10) be counted towards the $50?

Thanks for any replies (I could sure use it)!! 😉

    • debra

Hand over your $10/50 first. Then the $4/20. The bogo vitamin will NOT count so you need to get 4. hth

      • CoolSue

I don’t think u can use both of em unless the total equals $70. It will beep.

      • Kidsallgone

OK, so if I get one vitamin for $10, making another one free, the 2nd one will NOT count towards the “buy $20” coupon? I have to buy 2 x $10 vitamins = $20 (and get 2 free)? Right? 🙁

    • mel

double ck the wording, I think you are only allowed 1 $/$$ off your purchase coupon per transaction now. So you may have to split the orders.

      • Kidsallgone

Oh 🙁 If I “split the orders” then I won’t be able to use the $10/$50 🙁 Right?
Thanks for the comment though 🙂

        • Kimmy

Yes you would have to spend 70. It will beep. Its happened to me a lot. And the B1G1 Free. The Free wont count towards it like other PP said. You would have to buy 4. 🙁

  49. Heather

I got some $1.50 off Irish Spring Body Wash coupons from the magic coupon machine last week. And the coupon from my 9/30 SS is for .75 off 1. So this makes an awesome deal for me! I just wanted to bring it up in case others had these and tossed them aside like I did 🙂

Softsoap body wash 15-18 oz, liquid hand soap 8-8.5 oz, Irish Spring body wash 15 oz or bar soap 6pk 2/$7 = $3 Ecb (limit 1)
Use 2 of the .75 off any one body wash
Use 2 of the 1.50 off body wash from the coupon machine

    Pay 2.50
    Get back $3 Ecb
    .50 MM!

  50. noelle2boys

How is everyone getting these $10/$50 coupons? I don’t seem to get these from my coupon machine =(

    • Seth

I received one these on the bottom of my receipt.
