I signed up as a new member and did not receive 15 dollars off a 30$+ purchase. They have listed if I sign a friend up I can recieve 15 dollars off, but I never received my 15 dollars off for joining. Very disappointed.
That’s exactly what happened to me Jillian. i sent them an email saying to cancel my order if i don’t get the $15 off. I thought maybe when i placed the order it would come off but it didn’t.
I read that it was supposed to be deducted immediately, so I never placed my order, but when I looked at my account information it never did show up as a credit. I don’t understand what could have happened.

I took advantage of this deal way back on October 9, and still haven’t received my order. My order status says to except delivery between October 19-October 23… today is October 29 and no updates, nothing. Has anyone else received their product?
