Do i have to buy all 4 in one transaction?
I doubt my store will have 4 in stock, so i might need to get a couple at each store. Will the ecb print?
    Thanks

    • karen

      I mean for aveeno

      • Kelly

I just did it at two different stores because each one only had 2. Paid $12.82 and used one $3/2 and $1/1 (at separate stores) and received the $15 ECB’s.

    • Sarah

yes, your card will track your transactions

    • anna

no you do not have to purchase all at one store.you can buy them at as many stores as it takes you to get to $15.00.your total and the amount you need to spend will be on your receipt.

  2. Mary

I don’t have the Aveeno coupon in my paper but I heard it states one per person? Is this true?

    • des

It’s confusing….it says “LIMIT 1 PER PERSON. No more than 4 coupons for the same product in the same transaction.” What does this mean?

  3. NICK

Hey Collin, Aveeno coupons are from smartsource 10/28 (it is not a P&G product) and the $3/2 Aveeno is ONE PER PERSON.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh darn! Thanks for letting me know – updating now!

  4. Cannielle

Keep in mind the ends on Wednesday if u have the split ADs. $3.69 is my store price here in Norcal, you may find it $3.49 or $3.59 in your store.

  5. Amanda

FYI, the Aveeno anti-itch cream (priced at $4.99) is NOT included in the Aveeno deal, so just be careful what you purchase 🙂

  6. Jen

Boo…we don’t have the Aveeno coupon in ours. 🙁

    • melz

I didn’t get the aveeno coupon neither. 🙁

      • Rose

in my city there are 4 papers that i know of in which my city paper (always and only) carries SS insert and doesn’t have many cool coupons like aveeno $3/2

the 2nd paper of the next city has all the inserts that usualy are out but not all the coupons are in it which are like aveeno that paper is $2

3rd paper is also $2 but has all amazing paper but if a dollar store is selling i try to get 4 paper at least

4th paper i dont check that often so no sure about it but that one cost more and usually only has coupon inserts and no ads so i dont even bother.

will my point was to check in all the sunday papers to see which paper has inserts that carry the best coupons and all that are supposed to be out,

  7. Tami

Is the 2.5oz what was really used to get the deal on the above transaction? It wasn’t part of the deal at my CVS. Anyone else have success???? I might try again!

    • roxy

Now that you mentioned it, I am wondering the same thing. I checked the ad again and it says: “when you buy 4 of the products shown below. And the 2.5 oz is not pictured.

    • Carol_R

I did it and it worked.

  8. jessica

“excludes travel/trial size and bar soap”

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

The 2.5 oz is actually not a trial size. You can find it on the shelf right next to the regular sized items.

      • jessica

really!!!!!! there were bunch of them at my store!
last time i use a coupon on something like this and the manager was like this item is a trial size.

oh well thats okay. i brought something else and it was still a great deal.

        THANKS COLLIN! now i know!

        • Carol_R

You can find the trial size in the travel section. It’s like 1oz – way smaller.

          • Kidsallgone

I actually tried it (just for kicks) and it didn’t work. I didn’t think it would and I warned my “favorite” cashier beforehand that I may need to cancel the transaction and she was OK with doing that.

Also (just have to vent), I realized at 10pm that I forgot to buy a Sunday paper 🙁 so off I went to the ONE gas station across the street that sells them and they were OUT!! grrrrr!!!! The next place to sell them would have been about 6 miles down the road and I couldn’t be sure they would have any so I have no Sunday paper or coupons 🙁 BUT I think I may make a trip to where they distribute/make the paper and buy one from them. I also signed up for the YES program but didn’t receive any coupons in my newspaper box 🙁 OK…I’m finished 🙂 🙂 🙂

  9. Kidsallgone

Will $14.76 before coupons be close enough to $15 to trigger the $15ecb???

    • mel

For the aveeno deal, u only have to buy 4 products.

      • Kidsallgone

        OH! Whoops! duh!! LOL!!

  10. Danielle

Can we get rainchecks for this deal or are they excluded for this 4 day deal? Anyone know?

    • anna

you should be able to get a rain check if they don’t have the items in stock.

      • Kidsallgone

I asked the manager about that and she said if it wasn’t in the ad or marked with a tag, then they couldn’t give a raincheck……GEEZZZZ!!!! Grrrrrr!!! 😉

  11. cjmurray94

It does say limit one coupon per person. But the next sentence says, in bold, “No more than 4 coupons (of any kind) for the same product in the same transaction.” WTH?

    • emma

Well, it means that you have to have three other persons with you to do the transaction. 1 per person and not more than 4 in one transaction. So if you get three people with you, then you can use all 4 coupons.

      • Carol_R

To me that doesn’t make any sense. I just go by the Limit of 4. This 1 person limit to me is totally illogical if they have a limit of 4 on the coupon. And bringing other people with you to me doesn’t make sense at all since each transaction should be assigned to only 1 person and not a group.

        • Lyndsay

I agree with Carol and have never had a problem using more than 1 of these type of coupons in the same transaction, by myself. I believe it actually means you could have 4 different coupons for the same product, for example coupons for different values or from different sources, but no more than 1 of the exact coupon? I’m sure Colin knows the answer to this…

  12. rn30032

gonna go try this…this deal is even better if you have the 20% or 25% off q’s that they send to your email. Also when I get one of those q’s I always send it to my card, the exp date is longer and the cashier asks if you want to use it when you check out

  13. rn30032

@ kidsallgone, yes you should get the EB’s you do not have to spend a certain amount only buy 4 Aveeno products that are participtaing in the deal

    • Kidsallgone

      Thanks 🙂 🙂 🙂

  14. Sherri

The coupon for the Aveeno does state ONE Per PERSON, but because our CVS cards track our purchases we can do this transaction 2 times and receive the ECB at the second transaction.

  15. Kristen

We didn’t get the aveeno coupon! 🙁 makes me sad! Anyone want to trade 4 of them for some of the $2/1 suave coupons?

    • Monica Brooks

      Id be happy to trade!

  16. Amanda M

Wanna go so bad but hubby has forbidden me! He is worried about the storm! Hopefully there will be some left later this week!

  17. Rebecca

On my coupon the $1/1 aveeno Q says 1 coupon per person as well.

  18. anna

Does anyone know if Aveeno Baby will work for this? Thanks.

    • Allison

Baby is excluded according to the ad.

  19. Im

You can actually do it in a sep. transaction or go to another CVS store it will still print the ecb

    • Geena O

Hi Im, any idea if we can use a 3/2 coupon after buying 1 item at oe store and the second at another?

      • Ashley57

No, to use the $3/2 coupon you would have to buy at least two of the items at one store.

        • Geena O

okie…thanks Ashley57! hope I can find some Aveeno 2.5 oz bottles on wed…wonder what time i should go!

  20. Jen

walgreens.com has coupons for 1.25 off any aveeno lotion. I used 4 on the 2.5 aveenos.

    • Nicole

Do you have the link for these? I can’t seem to find them. TIA!

    • Kitty

I looked at that site and could not find it…

  21. llc

Couldnt you go to 2 stores, buying 2 products each time and using 1 $3/2 coupon each time? Just a thought.

    • Mindy

Yes u can since cvs does track. It’s hard find 4 in one store but I got up early just for that and I was lucky that they still had it.

  22. Bonnie

Just got back from CVS and was able to use $3/2 and $1/1 without an issue in one transaction.

  23. Tracy

Quick question: I have some extra bucks from previous purchases. Can I use them on this or will that prevent me from getting the $15 extra bucks offer? Thanks!

    • Heather

Yes, you can definitely use your extra bucks! It’ll make for an even sweeter deal for you!! 😀

      • Tracy

        Thanks!

  24. Deb

You cannot use the 25% off on this deal. This is considered a promotion, so it will not work. I just tried. But, I was able to use both the $1 and the $3 coupons together for this.
Does anyone have any good deals for using the 25% off coupon????? Mine expires tomorrow and I don’t know what to use it on.

    • kim

I was able to use the 25% off for the aveeno deal.

    • amc

i used it on the revlon clippers, the robitussin, and almay, and the aveeno

    • emma

I was able to use my 25 % on the aveeno deal. I never print it but always send it to my card and it just pops up on the screen. I did not buy the 2.5 oz lotion though. I did not need these. I bought 3 face wash and one bodywash. The screen popped up asking me if I wanted to use my 25% and of course I said yes because it took off a total of 8.09 cents. I also had a CVS coupon of 4 dollars off two aveeno face products and I was able to use two 3.00 of two aveeno products because I had my daughter with me ( anyway, I always take her with me shopping!). I used some previous ECBS and make sure these ECBS aren’t the 5 dollars from the beauty club or the 1.00 dollars from the green tag bag because they will make your 25% amount go down.

For your question, you should get the revlon with it!

    • roxy

Deb, what do you mean by it didn’t work? It didn’t take off 25% off? The 25% off works on non-sale items and Aveeno items are not on sale. They are regular priced items. Just because they trigger ECBs, it is not considered a sale. The 25% off should definitely work, but it will lower your discount if you combine it with beauty bucks or money off coupons or green bag coupons.

  25. appu

    hi collin
thanx for the awesome deal , first went to a store which had no aveeno 2.5 left , then went to another store and found 2 , so bought 2 2.5 oz and 2 8oz daily moisturelotion and used the 25% coupon bcos these r priced at original price ,used coupons , so still a good deal , so ladies if u dont find 2.5 oz , get 8 oz …hope this helps anyone .maybe not a MM but atleast u get them for free or few cents .

    • Deb

appu – were you really able to use the 25% off the Aveeno? I tried, but the register said I didn’t have any qualifying products.

      • Sarah

I used the 25% no problem in Iowa. It does pay to have nice cashiers, though!

      • appu

yep used 25% on all the aveenos and saved 5.47 , used it here in PA , no problem , I agree sarah ,I really had a wonderful cashier and the machine took off the 25% too , Iam sorry it didnt work for u .

  26. rosana

went to 2 different stores and ALL GONE.

  27. Roberta

The cvs extra care coupon is only good on the 2ct. or 3ct. ThermaCare.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks Roberta! The deal scenario above is for the 2count (the deal this week excludes the 1count). 🙂

  28. connie

i used mine on the revlon deal and it was promotional.

  29. Suzy

Thanks for the ThermaCare deal! I had the CVS coupon and 2/$3 coupons so it turned out to be a great price!

  30. Geena O

Gosh..my CVS had only 1 aveeno 2/5 oz lotion…so i didnt get it…I feel so bad having not got this one…ve always wanted to try aveeno… 🙁

  31. Rachel

I wonder if this product was pulled…I only found 2 aveeno at one store, and I tried a few other stores and they were gone. I never have trouble with shelf clearers in my area so I’m thinking someone told them to take them off the shelves 🙁

    • Marie

I just think people have realized it is buy four and they are purchasing the smaller size. I stopped at one CVS today and they only had one left. So I purchased it and went to second and they had four. So I got the other 3 and received the EB. Also ask an employee to check the stock in back. Reminds me of the Nexxus deal a few weeks back where you spent $20 and got back $10 EB. All the smaller less expensive sizes were sold out while the bigger more expensive ones sat on the shelves.

    • mel

No, not pulled. Quantity is limited at drugstores, its not like Walmart or Target where there’s lots of shelf space. So if cvs has 8 in stock, that means 2 ppl can do the deal buying 4 each. Also, several grocery forums have had the ad up for over 2 wks and that scenario has been talked about before the $3/2 insert coupon was matched up. Those that follow the forums and shop on Sat when the Sun sales turned over took advantage.

      • Geena O

@Mel, oh, so we could ve done this deal on sat itself? no wonder my cvs was out of those ..i was there sunday by 1pm…

        • mel

yeah, most CVS stores will flip Sunday sales at some point on Sat afternoon. The store I shop, its usually after 4pm.

          • Geena O

Oh wow ..thats somethink i din knw…thanks Mel!

    • Erin

I’m feeling like these were pulled, too. I went to my “go-to” store where I can almost always find out-of-stock product, and they had none. Tried two other stores, and once again, none. This is strange because in the past, you’d at least find a single stray bottle somewhere. I’m betting this deal will be dead by the time the stores restock later this week, if not sooner.

  32. Crystal

I’m going to drop by CVS Tom. Hopefully they still have some of the 2.5oz sizes left. I don’t have any of the $3/2 coupons but I do have a 25% off CVS coupon. I love aveeno.

  33. squarejellybean

    I bought the higher priced items since all stores were out of the $1.99 items. 6×3.99 nail files + toe nail clippers, 2×4.19 toe clippers, 4×4.39 emery files, 2 aveno 8 oz lotions $7.79 each, 2 8oz aveno relief mosturizer lotions $8.49 each, GE chees puffs 1.49, 2 therm care 2ct $6.79 each,cereal 2.49= $100.00 minus 2 $10/50, $16.68 25%off, $13.00 Q’s, used $47.00 EB i had = paid 3.32 plus tax then got back $42EB, $15EB, $5EB and will get 2 $5beautyEB ……total of $72EB received….awesome trip thanks so much 🙂 …..

    • Geena O

OMG, this ia amazing….! I find it so difficult to do 2-3 offers, would be gr8 if I can do this someday…thanks for sharing!

  34. rn30032

I’m in Atlanta (Decatur),GA…Had to go to 3 stores to get this Aveeno deal. First store had none, second store had 1, 3rd store had 8, just waiting for me only got 4, since this is a 1 time deal. Used 25% off CVS q and 2 of the $3/2 Aveeno q’s and got bakc my $15 EB’s!! IT was def a MM and worth the trouble of driving around

  35. Nora-Lee

I just logged in to CVS and check the extra care card coupons, and the Thermacare was there, so if people check they might find it there instead of waiting to scan the card.

  36. Janie

Bought Aveeno last night, not the small ones, but 2 cleansers, 1 body wash & 1 8oz body lotion. Used the $4/2 Aveeno facial items CVS coupon from online, the $3/2, $1/1 and $1/1 from the lotion bottle. The 8oz lotions have coupons for $1/1 2.5oz or larger Aveeno lotion on them 🙂

Also, got the $1/1 chips coupon from the machine on my second scan.

    • Janie

Oh, and my 25% off worked for this as well!

  37. irene

CVS must have updated their system again. Bought Naturemade vitamins, Aveeno tubes and CVS asperin. Handed over the 25% off, then rest of Qs. Cashier handed the 25% back and said it wasn’t used. Sure enough, a message on the receipt confirmed the scan, but not applied. I was dumbfounded. Did this happen to anyone else?!

    • Deb

That is exactly what happened to me! I don’t understand how some people got to use it and some can’t.

      • irene

Maybe different stores have different programming? The registers at that same store doesn’t allow BOGO q with $ off, but works at other stores.
I am calling 1800 tomorrow to ask about the 25% q not working.

  38. C

I couldn’t find any aveeno but I was able to do the P&G deal, revlon deal, and I also got the free bag of CVS chips from the coupon machine…so.it was a good trip overall. 🙂

  39. Crescent City Couponer

I bought 4 of the 2.5 oz. at the Canal St. store (#763); the ECBs didn’t print.

The cashier said she couldn’t force the ECBs because the items purchased weren’t pictured in the ad. Returned everything. I ALWAYS have problems getting ECB deals at this location:(

I’ll try another location (one where the cashiers have common sense).

  40. Stephanie b

Im surprised no one has mentioned that the moisturizing bar works for this deal! I didn’t get aveeno coupons this week but I bought 4bars.at 3.69 ea totaling 14.76 and it printed out the $15ecb. these r not labeled as part of the sale but it worked for me today at 2 different stores in so Cal!

    • Kidsallgone

WOW!! I think the ad even said “excluding bars” so you were a lucky girl 🙂
I found one 2.5 oz Aveeno at one store and bought it. Then found 3 at another store and realized that I had a 25% off coupon that was expiring today. So, I returned the Aveeno that I bought earlier and turned around and bought it again with the 3 other tubes, using my 25% off. The only Aveeno coupons I had expired on 10/15 🙁 I was so sad 🙁 But, it was still a money maker for me 🙂 (I’m such a bad girl!! hehe)

  41. LaKendra

Hello folks….I went to three different CVS stores and this is what I ended up getting (had no coupons with me, but for some reasons was really “pressed’ to get the ECB tonight…impatience, thy name was me, tonight…):

CVS #1: found one 2.5 oz Aveeno (mixed in with/hidden behind the CVS brand same size) – $3.69

CVS #2: no 2.5 oz :-(, so didn’t get anything (but I did noticed $1 peelies on body wash that was listed at $7.49)

CVS #3: no 2.5 oz, but I did pick up three of those body washes (each with $1 peelies), so I got 3 for $6.49 each (after peelies)

    Paid: $3.69 + $6.49 +$6.49 + $6.49 = $23.16

    Got $15 ECB

    $23.16-$15.00 = $8.16 (like paying $2.04 each).

Not too bad and I think I’ll enjoy the products!

    (Thanks Colin!)

  42. Theresa

    Here is my deal..
    (4) – covergirl outlast lipcolor – $9.99 ea. B1G1 50%off = $29.96

    use (1) $4.00 MQ

    $ 4.00 (schick)
    $ 5.00 (Thermacare buy 2 get $5)
    $5.47 MM

  43. Kitty

My CVS in Michigan had the 2.5 oz ones but there was not a sign for 15ecb back. I didn’t want the hassle of returning it if no ECB’s. Do you think it would’ve worked?

  44. Catrina

I went the cvs (Richmond, VA) near my house today and the big Gold Emblem chips were on sale 2 for $4.00. I am going to use the two Q’s I have towards this deal.

  45. Laura

Wiped out and tried to get a raincheck for the 2.5 size and was good that it was not part of the deal. Well the ad says any, but the cashier good me it was trial size. I mean what am supposed to say? You’re wiped out of that size obviously its working, I have heard reports that size is included. That won’t get me anywhere. Grrr.

    • Laura

      Told not good. *

  46. ninagig

Had no problem doing the Aveeno deal on 4 of the 2.5 oz Aveeno hand lotions. They were not marked at my store, but they did generate the $15 ECB. Had to go to multiple stores to collect all 4.
Also, for the Thermacare deal, I got 2 of the CVS coupons, one on Sunday and one yesterday, so I was able to use 2 manfacturer and 2 CVS coupons on the 2 Thermacares which made it a MM. No questions asked.
The cheap Revlon tools were totally out at the 4 stores I went to last night. Those went fast. Got last bag of $1 chips and some stores were out.

  47. Elissa

Is the Aveeno and Revlon deal only part of the 4 day sale?

    • couponqueen244

      I used 2 of the Aveeno $3 off 2 , it def accepts 2!

    • krystle

I saw the tags in store and it showed the sale was from 10/28-11/3 =)

  48. Elissa

    Pefect 🙂 Thanks Krystle!

  49. Geena O

I guess the sale dares vary region wise…cause mines split this week…from 2mrw theres another sale…

  50. noelle2boys

    I couldn’t find 4 Aveeno 2.5 oz lotions so I did this deal…

    2 Aveeno Holiday Gift Sets @ $10.79
***Gift Set included 12oz Body Wash, 8oz Moisturizing Lotions and Bath Pouf!
Used 2 $1 off coupons, $5/$25 CVS print coupon & $5 EB (previous purchase)
OOP was $18.15 and received $15 EB plus credit towards Beauty Reward…
