Would this include free stamps if you put in their address?

  2. Aleta

Can anyone commend on the quality of printing? I feel like minted.com and papercoterie.com are really really amazing deals but some other printers use cheaper paper and they’re not such a good deal for the quality. Thanks!!

    • swirlypop

The quality of these cards is great. I have ordered many times. Nice thick paper. 🙂

  3. Layla

I got cards from here last year, and I was very pleased with them. At that time, they addressed them and stamped for you. Not sure if they stiill do that.

  4. Kelly

Just saw this on their site:

Return and recipient address will be printed on the envelope (includes FREE Stamps).
International deliveries will incur an additional cost.

    • Theresa S.

How do you get this deal?

  5. Jen

I bought from them last year and was very happy with the quality!

  6. Denise

I loved ours last year and I’m planning on making our cards again this year!! I was just waiting for this promo.!! Thanks, Colin

    • Stephanie

Me too! Great quality cards!! Yay!!

  7. Micki

Although I order from Cardstore often and really like the quality, I hesitate to have them address and stamp. I ordered a sympathy card recently, and it went to a complete stranger. She was kind enough to return the card to me. However since then, I prefer to have everything sent directly to me to address and mail.

    • Ashley57

You can have them address and stamp it, and then still send the cards to you. Then you can check and see if they are right.

      • Jesse

how do you do this? I thought if you had them address and stamp your card, the only way they’d do this is to send the card directly to that address?

        • Ashley57

You must address them still, but then click ship to me or something like that. I have done it several times.

  8. K

how do you get the free stamps and return address printed? Is there a code? Thanks!

  9. Autumn Michaelis

If you order more, there are bulk discounts too. For example, I ordered 51 of the cheapest 1.09 card, and it discounted it (for being over 50) to .79 each!! PLUS, you can go through ebates for a whopping 7.5% back. So, I got 51 cards addressed and STAMPED (yes, I confirmed this with a cust. rep – every envelope IS stamped with a real stamp, whether you have them mail it for you or it’s mailed to your house for you to mail out), and addressed for $11.33 (when you take into account the Ebates) which is 22 CENTS EACH. That’s like just gettng the stamps half off, no less getting the card too. This is one HOT deal!!! Thank you!!!

    • Ashley57

It is only stamped if you put in the address of the recipient. You can put in periods or something too, and then put address labels over that.

  10. Laura

I used them last year and was satisfied. You can’t beat this deal! I was hoping to catch it again this year.

  11. michellebelles

    Which cards are $1.09?

    • Autumn Michaelis

Click on what type of cards you want, then on the side click “shop by price” and then the “value” button. When you actually click on the card style, it will show you the price, from what I can tell all the value ones are 1.09

      • pdxsongwriter

        thanks

  12. michellebelles

    I found them! 🙂

  13. Amy

I used them last year too, and my cards were awesome! You really can’t beat this deal. Last year I provided them my list, and they addressed them + FREE stamps — $42 for 100 cards. Wowza. I would have spent more on stamps alone.

  14. Michelle Greenwald

This is our family’s first time sending personalized cards. I am just so happy to have found such a great deal, especially since both my husband and I are students. We are on a really strict budget! What a way to save!

  15. Kris

AWESOME!!! Thanks…. I did this deal last year and it was totally worth it. Cheaper than buying the stamps alone. I just did it again and got 52 cards for $12.38. 🙂

  16. Lori

Great quality cards. I love cardstore!! 🙂

  17. Theresa S.

How do you do the ebates? Thanks for posting!

  18. Julie

Okay…I am confused. If they stamp and address them am I still only paying .33 cents per card if the original price is $1.09?

    • Cristal

I called to verify and spoke with a supervisor to make sure…if you want cards sent to yourself select the 3rd option with blank envelope/for delivery to recipient select 4th circle. Both include free stamps even though the 3rd option doesn’t state that. If selecting a value card priced at $1.09 with 70% off will total $.33 each. I ordered 50 (price starts reducing if order more than 10) with free stamps for $11.85+ 10% cash back at shopathome.com. YAY!!!

      • Julie

        Thank you!

      • Julie Griffin

I would love for this to be the case, but am hesitant. I just finished an on-line chat and was told that if I didn’t select the second option and enter recipient addresses then I wouldn’t get stamps on them. I ordered last year and this was explicitly stated then. Not clear this year, so I asked. It made sense that they have to be getting something to lose money on stamps. Being given your address book to sell to marketers or assuming you’ll order non-loss leader cards throughout the year b/c you’ve invested so much time entering addresses, seems like all they could gain for literally giving away stamps.

        • cristal

Julie/Julie i got my cards without stamps!!! I had noted that I spoke with Yolanda the supervisor on Nov 2nd and she told me exactly what to hit to get stamps and it was the blank card option. They apologized and said i was told incorrectly. I stated nicely i didn’t want them without stamps and they said they would send me 50 free stamps. I love this company and have used them even when card aren’t free so i was happy they made it right. So sorry i passed on this incorrect info to you ladies. 🙁

          • Julie Griffin

No apologies necessary. You were only stating what you’d been told by customer service. I entered my comment because the rep I chatted with stated otherwise. It is helpful to know I haven’t been wasting my time entering addresses and that it is part of the requirement for the stamps. I would’ve much preferred to be able to print mailing labels from my existing database. Thanks for letting us know!

  19. Jaime C.

Did anyone else have trouble importing their contacts to the site? I kept having problems and finally contacted customer service. They said I just needed to enter all of the addreses by hand!

    • Julie Griffin

If you take the time to do this, periodically check to make sure they are showing up in your saved addresses. I spent hours entering 100 addresses and though I had the box checked to be saving them and they were showing up in the right column as recipients, they disappeared the minute I finalized the order. I get to start all over this year. It is still an incredible deal. Just time consuming if you already have a computerized address book from which you could’ve printed labels. I have it in writing that they will not stamp a non-addressed envelope (option 3).

  20. cristal

go through shopathome for an additional 10% off!!!!!!

  21. JenP.

I purchased these last year and was very pleased. I just purchased my cards for this year. You can’t beat the 70% off and postage included!

  22. Carrie

I used cardstore last yeat for xmas cards and they turned out great! Love the quality of the cards and the price! Thanks!

  23. tracy

ooh…totally forgot to go through Shopathome. But, did get 25 personalized Thanksgiving cards sent directly to recipients for only $16! Sweet! Thanks for the notice about this deal.

  24. sarahthesaver

OM Gosh! Thanks so much for this. Got 15 fabulous personalized Thanksgiving cards for just $11.65!

  25. acidreign3000

Got my cards today and they are all stamped and addressed! So excited. I paid about $33 for over 100 cards. Thanks so much! I paid less $ than just stamps alone. And now I don’t have to merge labels and stuff envelopes myself. This is da bomb! 🙂

    • Micki

Could you please clarify something for me, because I feel sort of like a dope. So when you choose free addressing and stamps, they actually send you the cards to mail out? I assumed they shipped them and you never saw them. I love Cardstore cards but have hesitated to do the addressing/stamping. I bought a sympathy card once that they addressed and shipped (I never actually had my hands on the card,) and it went to a stranger in a different state. The stranger was kind enough to send the card back to me with a note. Otherwise I would not have know the mix up. Again, I really like their cards and the quality. Thanks!

      • Julie Griffin

Option 4 is the only one that explicitly states free stamps. That is the option where you’d never see the card. I got it in writing from customer service that option 2 where you MUST enter recipient addresses (but they still ship to you first) WILL include stamps on the envelope. Only after I spent hours entering for the 130 cards I ordered did I see in small print on my final checkout form “and free stamps” next to my delivery option. It made me feel better and hope it gives you the confidence to try it out. Last year I was so pleased with this option.

  26. Amanda

I have a couple of questions. Has anyone has any issues with third party vendors contacting recipients on your address list? Also “If your order contains multiple items, you will be charged as each item is shipped and may see multiple charges on your credit card statement.” This is printed at the end of the checkout process and it concerns me. Does that mean that my price will go up? Right now I am at $18.00 and change for 80 cards shipped directly to recipients
