  1. Barb

Boo. Only one set a coupons in my morning paper.

    • Renee

Barb, was it Smart Source or Red Plum?

  2. Stephanie

I got 3 inserts here in Houston, TX. 2 SS and 1 RP.

  3. Renee

I usually get my Red Plum insert on Tuesdays in the mail but didn’t get one this past Tuesday. Will have to check my post office to see what happened. I did get what I thought was a very large Smart source insert in the paper today but it was probably 2 in one like Stephanie got.

  4. Shirley S

I’m in North County San Diego and our 2 newspapers, North County Times and The Union Tribune , combined. The thing that sucks about this is that the Union Tribune never has the Red Plum insert, so I’ve always bought the North County Times. Now that they’ve joined together as one paper, they’re still sold as separate papers, but the one I would normally buy doesn’t have the Red Plum insert in there anymore. My question to all North County, San Diego couponers is, is there any newspapers out here that DOES have that insert?

    • Shirley S

joined together as one newspaper *company*

      • Renee

I’m not from San Diego but I wonder if you will start to get Red Plum in the mail. I used to get it in the Sunday paper but then, about a year ago, it started coming in the mail instead.

        • Shirley S

That would be nice! They already throw out a Smart Source in everyones driveways on Saturday that’s completely free. If I could start getting both for free that would be amazing!

  5. Alyssa

I only got a Red Plum and Publix in my paper, no Smart Source…I’m in Tampa, FL

  6. tina

Anyone from Long Island, NY here.. I recd only a redplum insert in my paper today. Wanted to confirm if anyone recd a smart source.
    Thanx!

  7. Veronica

I’m in Chicago, and I had two Smart Source and one Red Plum. I had received another Smart source earlier this week in my local paper.

  8. michelle

coupons were horrible this week IMO. The only good one I wanted was the $4/1 optimal solutions shakes but I didn’t even get those in my paper. Hope next weekend is better.

  9. Bev.

I have a question I hope you fabulous couponers will be able to answer for me. Will Walmart price match Kroger’s sale ad when they run the “buy 10 items, save $5.00” sale? For instance: Pepsi 2 liters are 1.49 then minus 50 cents making them 89 cents when you buy 10 of their participating items. Will Walmart price match the 89 cents? Thanks!

  10. michelle

i believe if it states 89 cents when you buy 10 in the ad, but I’ve been told it has to list a specific price not buy 10 get $5 back type of deals. Also depends on how lax your store is.

  11. T

coupon inserts stolen out of my paper, again. I have to vent. Twice recently I have bought a paper only to get home and the inserts are missing. (Neither day was a holiday) I find it despicable that extreme couponers would STEAL from their neighbors. If you want extra coupons: 1. ask your neighbors. Many, many people do not have the time or inclination to use their coupons. If you just ask, I am sure many would happily set their coupon inserts aside for you. 2. BUY extra papers. 3. Ask the carrier/store to give you the unsold newspapers. 4. Raid your neighbors cat litter box. Who knows-maybe they used the coupons to catch the litter. 5. Bird cages: you can always scrape the feces off the 25 cent Tide coupon.
    Don’t STEAL Coupons!
