I had the same problem when using Chrome, I used Explorer and the name filled was the name used in Facebook and it worked

I had problems with Chrome as well. Yesterday the fields never displayed. Today they showed, but like Denise repeatedly hit “next” and nothing happened. Thanks to Carmen tried IE and it work fine.

I have a weird question…does anyone know if you can enter these contests and afterwards can ‘unlike’ them from Facebook but still be entered?

answer for Laura H.~if you put cursor over a post from FedEx (or any other page’s post), their cover photo will appear then move cursor down to box that says liked. Another smaller box will appear & you’ll be able to move cursor down to the word unlike, click on it & it’s done. I’ve done this to “weed out” unnecessary likes just like unsubscribing all those emails since companies require your email address to enter contests!

Last year they did the reimbursement and the giveaway. The giveaway is for everyone, not just cardholders. I haven’t heard about this year.

They can be used anywhere American Express is accepted, and the funds do not expire, so then can be used whenever you please.
