There are some glitches with FREEPZ online; may not always cancel out shipping costs, even after personalization has been added. Call 1-800-328-0368 if this happens (promotion still applies for phone orders) and promo will be honored, even though promo technically ended yesterday (per Disney rep.).

FREEPZ didn’t work for me either. Had to call customer service and order over the phone. Took a long time (40 min), but worth it for my girls for Christmas. Unable to do Ebates or Shop at Home, but oh well. The error message “not eligible for this order” came up at checkout. CS was unable to explain it since everything is still valid per the website until midnight. Perhaps Disney has a glitch and the wrong expiration on this coupon….
