We have another Vacu Vin product and we love it. We have the instant marinater (and while the shape of the container is less than desirable b/c the bottom is sloped instead of flat, it does the job. We have found the Vacu Vin quality to be fantastic and their customer service on a year old product without a receipt, excellent! Our lid cracked and I found a customer service e-mail address on their facebook. I e-mailed and she mailed me a new lid for free. I can’t say enough good things about the company. I don’t drink wine, so I’m not going to buying this, but I hope my story helped anyone else feel confident in the company.
