The X74WP6 code give me free shipping and I only bought $16 worth of merchandise. I tried the FREESHIPA code first and it was for $99 or more. Use the X74WP6 code if you are under $99. It will work.

free ship code worked for me. first time it said not valid, did it again and it worked
I had the same issues with entering in the promotional codes. You need to click on the Cart icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen, and then you will see a box to enter them appear on the page. Hope that helps!
