My local Target had 90% off costumes and halloween goods. There were quite a few costumes still available coming in around $2 -3 after discount. Oh and they were clearing out tons of that BooBerry, Count Chocula cereal for only $0.26 per box.

All the Target stuff is probably salvaged by now though! so you wouldnt be able to buy it anymore.

My Walmart has tons of costumes and candy 75% off along with many other Halloween decorations and accessories. CVS also had a lot of Halloween costumes and accessories left for 75% off as well. I too suggest checking in store first.

Babies R Us had costumes for babies on clearance/sale. I got my little girl a monkey costume for next year and it was $7. It was a VERY nice quality costume too.

My son is starting the phase of liking to dress up all the time…so I am willing to pay the extra for a Christmas present and make sure I get what he likes…Star Wars. And I buy the next size up and tuck the pants and pull the boot part over. This way he will get more than one year out of it. Thanks Collin!
