It does the same for me to and it says my email address is already in use so I know Im a member. Betty Crocker samples do the same thing to me too. Wish I knew why also.

Same for my sister. My mom and I never have a problem, but she has never once been eligable for any of these monthly offers. I even signed her up again under another e-mail and still no go. It’s so frustrating.

When I enter one thing incorrectly it tells me the same thing. Make sure you are entering everything exactly as you entered when you first signed up. I forgot to put Dr on the end of my street once and it said I wasn’t eligible. HTH 😊

True but they will send you an alternate offer–usually a coupon for cents off yogurt as opposed to free yogurt (same issue here in MN–it is due to dairy laws in your state).
