Coupon wouldn’t go through for me. I tried it at self checkout. It says no items purchased match the coupon.

This coupon beeped as no matching items found. Cashier called the manager over and they would not push it through. They said that corporate had sent a memo that they had done scanner updates for all coupons and if they beep as no item found the coupon is not for that intended item and to hand the coupon back to the customer and not accept it. The manager said it was due to the huge amount of fraudulent coupons they were receiving. So, it was a no go for me.
