Toys R Us: *HOT* 2 FREE Crayola Products Valued at $22.98 with Purchase (+ Rebates)
This Hip2Save.com Deal was hand-posted on Thursday, November 15th, 2012 at 2:19 pm.

Wowzers! Toys R Us is offering up an awesome deal on Crayola Arts & Crafts product! First, through November 17th, score a FREE Crayola Twistables Pencil Sketch set ($11.99 value!) with ANY Crayola Arts & Crafts purchase of $19.99 or more (advertised in the weekly ad). Plus, you can double dip this deal with another Crayola deal advertised in the Big Toy Book…

Through November 21st, as advertised in the Big Toy Book, with ANY Crayola Arts & Crafts purchase of $19.99 or more, you can score a FREE Crayola Pip-Squeaks Set ($10.99!). And yep, I had a friend head out to Toys R Us to test and you can score both freebies with your $19.99+ Crayola Arts & Crafts purchase! How sweet is that?!
Plus, there are also various Crayola product rebates that are available for purchases made through 12/30! You can score a total of $38 if you were to take advantage of all of the rebates. Head here to print the form and view the qualifying Crayola products.

Here’s the scenario I cooked up (by combining all of the above):
*Buy Crayola Marker Airbrush set on sale for $19.99 (reg. $24.99!)
*Buy Crayola Twistables Pencil Sketch ‘N Shade Set (includes 27 Twistables PLUS 40-page Sketchbook) – FREE with $19.99 purchase above ($11.99 value!)
*Buy Crayola Pip-Squeaks Markers and Stickers Set (includes 25 markers PLUS 40-page color and sketchbook) – also FREE with $19.99 purchase above ($10.99 value!)

(IMPORTANT NOTE: You must buy these exact free with purchase items above to get the promos to work. Also, my friend found the Pip-Squeaks Sets in the “seasonal” section in the front of the store on an end-cap, so if you don’t see them in the Crayola section – check there.)
Pay just $19.99 (+ tax) for all 3 products (valued at $47.97!)
Then submit for the $3 Crayola Marker Airbrush set rebate
Final cost only $16.99 for all!! What an awesome deal!

On Amazon, the Crayola Marker Airbrush set alone is priced at $23.80 and has excellent reviews! Plus, the Crayola Pencil Sketch ‘N Shade is currently $13.99 and the Crayola Twistables Pencil Sketch Set is $12.03 on Amazon, so this definitely seems like a deal worth heading out to the store for.

(Thanks for the heads up on this great double dip deal, Live-Laugh-Love!)

debra says:
Wow, my kids actually have the sketch book out right now coloring and drawing pictures! Good time for another set!
jesse says:
do you need any coupons from the big toy book? i don’t know where the kids have hidden ours. =)
Collin (Mrs. Hip) says:
Nope… no coupons needed to score this deal!
Sarah says:
Too bad this isn’t available online.
Twistables are showing out of stock at our local stores.
Anny says:
I have a $3.00 off $10.00 Crayola mfg. coupon found inside my packages of Kraft String Cheese I bought when I did a Crayola/Kraft Deal from Target awhile ago for even a bigger savings.
Collin (Mrs. Hip) says:
WooHoo! That’s awesome!
Jenni says:
is this online?
susan d says:
Is this in-store only? We dont have a Toys R Us here ):
Jenny says:
This is semi off-topic, but does anyone know if Toys For Tots will accept an item with the UPC symbol missing? It’s required for the rebate, but I’m not sure if it’s considered not “new, in its original packaging” if I cut it out.
Deedee says:
I am sure they would! I think they just want to make sure it has not been used.
Deedee says:
You just check out and everything comes off? Any hassling with showing ads and such?
TIA for any help.
Collin (Mrs. Hip) says:
Yep… the discounts come off automatically at checkout.
Phyllis says:
Don’t bother with the Marker Airbrush it is a waste of money. My niece received one free for her daughters to try out. You have to pump it 15 to 20 times, ( per the instructions), to build up pressure. One squeeze on the trigger and all the pressure is gone. The only way to get a continous spray is for someone to keep pumping while the child sprays.
Soo says:
Thanks for that info! Hate to waste money on something junky
priscilla says:
It seems that it doesn’t work online, at least it’s not taking anything off. Did anyone else get it to work online?
Collin (Mrs. Hip) says:
Pretty sure it’s in-store only.
theresa says:
Yaaayyy!!!! I am so excited! I just went and after looking for a while all over shelves and in shipment boxes I found all items and they rang up just like u said! With no hassle! All for $21. Thanks so much for posting deal! My daughter loves these things! !!!
CB says:
Are there other Crayola toys marked around $19.99?
Shannon. says:
Worked for me!!! Plus I got an item that gas a $3 rebate! Everything for $16.99 after rebate! Score! Perfect to go with that art table mrs Claus picked up!
Katrina says:
Thank you worked great!
Amanda says:
Not online:(
Chrissy says:
I’m going to attempt to order online and then pay in the store; perhaps it will work that way!
Ness says:
Got it!!!! They had plenty too cause they didn’t have the tags up but when I checked out, it worked!!! Thanks
Jelly Kapolei (@mobadiro) says:
Worked exactly as you wrote at my store in Aiea, Hawaii. Thanks so much for posting this.
Allison says:
Will this work with the sale that starts tomorrow, buy 1 get 1 50% off crayola arts and crafts? It’s in the special Friday and Saturday ad.
Linda H. says:
I’m thinking yes! I am going to give it a try tomorrow and see if I can make it over there.
Nicole says:
I wanted to try this also so is there anyway you could please post on here if it works or not. Thank you!
Heather says:
Oh man! I wish I would have known that. I went and got the deal last night. I may have to return them and do it again!
Laura says:
I just got the deal in-store on the Fashion Style Designer – $24.99 but down to $19.99 with 20% coupon from the big toy book.
mrl says:
Did not work for me. Twistables were free but the Pipsqueaks rung up at the regular price.
Nicole says:
Can I buy multiple crayola items that equal 19.99 or higher to qualify, or do I have to buy 1 item 19.99 or higher?
allison a says:
Nicole I bght 3 color wonder sets (they left up a b2g1 free sale at my store so they let me combine) and both pipsquak and twistable sets rang up free last night.
Heather says:
I went to my local toys r us (Greenville, NC) and got this deal. I’m still not sure that I want the $20 airbrush toy though.. not for $20. I may try to resell on craigslist (I hope) just so I can keep the freebies!
Kim says:
Question about the rebate:
This rebate (like other ones) require you to submit with the UPC code cut out of the box. How do I get around this if I want to gift the rebate-qualifying item? I don’t want my recipent to know that the item I just gave them, I have submitted for a rebate when clearly, the box is has the UPC cut out of it.
LaDonna says:
With the BOGO 50% off today – would you be able to get 1 or 3 items at 50% off? I’m guessing 1 but curious if anyone else has tried.
Also – Would only the $19.99 count towards the $10/$75 coupon or would it all count? Again, I’m guessing only the $19.99 but wondering if anyone has tried.
Luz says:
Where I can found the Big toy book
Katie says:
They should have them in a bin right as you walk in the store. That’s where I got mine.
Pam says:
Anybody tried the Buy 1 Get 50% off promo started today? I forgot all about this and just did the scenario posted by Collin earlier.
Melanie says:
I’m kind of curious how this will work, if I’d get the two items free still now that the BOGO sale is going on???
STEPHANIE SNYDER says:
DOES ANYONE KNOW IF IT WILL STILL WORK ON SUNDAY? THERE IS SUPPOSE TO BE CRAYOLA COUPONS COMING OUT FOR 1 OR 2 OFF.
Eileen says:
I’m at TRU right now, and today and tomorrow, (Friday and Saturday) there is a BOGO 50% off sale. Signage says “Discounted item must be of equal or lesser value. Offers cannot be combined. Quantities limited. Bi rainchecks”. I wonder, if I can get two $19.99 purchases, and a total of 2 each of the pip squeaks and twistables, while getting the second $19.99 item at 50% off.
Katie says:
Did you try it out? And did it work? I’m curious:)
Eileen says:
I’m being a chicken! Lol I’ll keep you posted!
Melanie says:
Update?
Danielle Nicole Jude says:
I went into the Columbus, Ohio Store and they were out of the pip squeaks. I still did the buy1get1 50% and had a rebate for 2 items and it made it $24 and was able to score the free Twistables. I also had an oppurtunity to meet another Hip2Save follower. She was there for the same reason I was. Too cool!
Eileen says:
Did they ring up bogo 50% and free automatically?
Danielle Nicole Jude says:
Yes. I got the Crayon Melt thing and the Light Up Color Pallete paid $30 (but have $6 in rebates), and got the the Twistables. Saved $28 ( i believe).
Eileen says:
I’m about to head to the checkout with the following:
1 airbrush Kit @$19.99
1 projector @$19.99
2 twistable sets
2 pip squeaks sets
Do you think I can walk out of here paying only $30 plus tax? Lol
Danielle Nicole Jude says:
Would be awesome.
STEPHANIE SNYDER says:
please let us know eileen. if so i will be heading there after work.
would make 2 great gifts.
Eileen says:
My scenario:
1 PINK airbrush Kit – rang up $24.99 – became bogo $12.49
1 projector – $19.99
1 twistables – free
1 pip squeaks set – free
Total with tax $35.40
Do you see the strangeness to this scenario? The pink airbrush kit rang up at full price (so is it just the blue one for $19.99?) And then it became my bogo even though it was more expensive! So funny…
So, since I took 2 hours being nervous to check out, thus making my family wait for their lunch, I decided to keep the pink one for 2 dollars and 50 cents more.
Be careful if you get the pink airbrush, instead of the regular blue one… it’s either not on sale, or is ringing up wrong.
Luz says:
I hope you can have it. I want to try it too.
rachel says:
Just worked for me, the 2 free products in MD! Even the cashier was impressed! Got a GloBoard, 19.99 and the 2 free products, I saved more than I spent. Thank you!!
Melanie says:
Just worked for me here in Texas! Got my airbrush item and my two freebies!!!
Nicole says:
Just came from TRU.. both the bogo 50% and the deals posted above work.. just make sure your total is above $19.99 after all discounts and the free items come off automatically!
Melanie says:
Thanks Nicole! I’ll be making another trip over there today!
Meredith says:
Do anyone know if you have to buy just one item at the 19.99 price point or can it be multiple items totallying 19.99 or more to get the free items?
Eileen says:
It can total $19.99 with several items.
Meredith says:
Thank you Eileen so very much
Meredith says:
Sorry one more question here if I were to buy 4 items would I still get half off of two?
Eileen says:
Meredith – I would suggest checking out a later posted blog from Hip2Save using 4 smaller priced items to get the freebies. One thing to keep in mind though… Your total AFTER percentage off needs to be $19.99 or more. If you add up her receipt in the following link, you’ll see it totaled $20.66 qualifying her for the free twistables and pip squeaks.

katie says:
mine didn’t work and did the exact same transaction
boo! I didn’t even get a free one (came up 50% off the markers). It was my second time at the store today so didn’t feel like waiting around for price check. Will just go back and return them!
Eileen says:
Katie – I wonder why… Did you have your ads handy to show them? What order did you ring the items up at? I rang mine up as follows: Projector $19.99, Pink Airbrush maker $24.99 (ended up taking 50% off of this one for some reason), then twistables and pip squeaks. The computer did all the discounting on it’s own. Nothing the cashier had to push.
katie says:
i didn’t have the add. I did a get a different item that rang up 19.99 and gave that to the cashier first. It seemed like she hesitated after the other 2 rang up and mentioned one of them being 5.99 and the other full price (11.99). She did ask if one of them was suppose to be for free and I just said I thought so but didn’t push it since there was a line and whatnot.
Megan says:
I didn’t work for me. one of the items came up free. but couldn’t get both. It was kind of frustrating since I had both of the ads with me and the whole article and how it worked for so many – printed up. but they didn’t know what to tell me. Add all that frustration with a 2 year old having a tantrum over clifford. Sigh. oh well.
Lisa says:
Thank you for posting this deal I was able to get it along with the 3.00 off 10.00 crayola purchase from my Polly O string cheese!
Sandra says:
Thank you for posting the deal! I was able to buy the airbrush kit, a dry erase activity set for 50% off and received the markers and pencils free! I paid $30 after tax for all of the items.
