it is about the wheel base the one is 4.0″ for 5 years and up the other one 20.0″ wheel base to 8 years and up. I will be looking into getting the 20.0″ if its for a older child or if your looking for your child to have something to grow into. The 20.0″ wheelbase will mean for your child less time pushing to go and more riding time. You can google wheelbase and read for your self. Hope this helps you buy the one that best fits your child. Think of it this way take a little car with wheels and push it on the floor then take the same car but put bigger tires on it and now push it. The car would go faster and go a longer distance.

Hmmm….strange?? It’s working for everyone else. Best thing to do at this point for you is to call customer service and perhaps they can apply the code online? Hope it works somehow for you

This happened to me to, and it was because I was logging in to my Target account. Check out as a guest the next time you use it and the code will work again. You can still use your redcard and get the free shipping, 5% discount…just don’t enter your email and password for your target online shopping account.

The lighted red one has free shipping. It says for ages 5+ . I had to do 3 separate orders to get the $10 off each. Not sure why it wouldn’t give me $30 off of 3? I got 3 for my 3 great-nephews ages 5, 7, & 9 (hope mom & dad write their names on them lol). Now I’m looking for one for the 3 year old. There is one for $25.49 but the scooter has to be $29 in order to use the $10 off code, plus this one doesn’t have free shipping. So needless to say, I’m holding off getting that one. This one has 2 back wheels which makes it easier for the littler (is that a word? lol) kids to balance better. I may regret holding off getting this one, but hoping I can find one somewhere for Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales online. Oh, by the way, the specs for the lighted red scooter says the “deck” is 7.5 inches which I’m guessing the wider the better. The original blue one that Collin listed doesn’t have a size for the deck in the specs.
