i just called and asked a victoria secret rep and she said that even though it says 1 you will get 2 rewards card. she said when you place your order you automatically get 1 card, then when you enter in the promo code “secretsout” you will get a second card. HTH

yes but be careful bc all clearance ends in .99 and you must spend at least 10.00. A 9.99 purchase would not trigger a secret reward card.

I ordered a clearance bra for 16.99, pair of panties for 3.99, free seamless hiphuggers, used multiple codes and my first secret rewards card for $10 off – for a grand total of 19.89 plus 2 reward cards coming! I was very impressed with their online live chat for help in finding the free panties that I couldn’t locate. They had taken the panties off-line because of low numbers and he was able to add a pair to my order After it had been processed!

Did anyone try the $10 code and pay under $10 before shipping and still get a card. Curious because I just placed an order for a Mug for $14.50, then used my $10 code and with shipping total was around $11…..will I still get a secret card?

Last year I received my order, but the package was ripped and my reward card was missing. I emailed customer service and they went ahead and sent me one via email, without a problem. It took less than 24 hours to receive and when I went to redeem this one, it was a $500 reward! I happened to be at work on my break when I was placing my order and got up and screamed! I had to look at it three times when checking out because it was showing a negative balance due after the reward.
I just wanted all to know that customer service will send either way (mail or email) and they truly do not know the value when they email your electronic version. I am hoping for more luck this year, but if not, that is fine! I will be happy with whatever I get.
