Head on over to the CowBoom Facebook page, “like” them and click on the RDCIII tab where they will be giving away 1,000 FREE Toy DealCows per day through Friday, November 23rd! Request your cow by simply filling out the registration form found here. Keep in mind that 1,000 will be randomly selected per day.
* Note that this giveaway is not valid in AL and NE. 
Then, if you’re one of the lucky DealCow recipients, from December 1, 2012 at 10:00 AM CT through December 28, 2012 at 2:00 PM CT, you can upload a photo of where you and your DealCow roamed to be entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of the following great prizes…

Actually, it just says that you have to be 19 yrs old in AL or NE, but it is open to those states. That would be because the legal age in NE (and probably AL) is 19 instead of 18.

I noticed that too. Residents of AL and NE CAN enter but the legal age there is 19, not 18.
