Be quick, as this is limited to the first 5,000 submissions. I did the freebie, but I never had the option to click that I didn’t want to subscribe to the magazine. It didn’t mention it at all until I submitted and then said thank you for subscribing. Anyone else have this? I filled out my info from my cell phone…

did the same to me…It said I ordered the magazine even tho I did click where it says to not purchase magazine. Just send back the bill with “CANCEL” on it and don’t pay it.

On the sign up page, there is some text near the picture of the seventeen magazine (right above the entry form) that says
“No purchase is necessary to enter. If you’d prefer enter the sweepstakes without starting a trial subscription to Seventeen or if you are already a subscriber, click here.”
You have to click on the “click here” link so that you don’t subscribe to the magazine. You should be able to wait a couple of days and go here to unsubscribe (use option 3 with your name and mailing address) then click on “cancel subscription” on the left.
