Great to grab and donate to your local Animal Control, shelter, or rescue if you don’t have a need for this item yourself.

  2. Kristen

Aww I dont have a petco! Anyone know the prices of these at petsmart?

    • Jennifer M

Didn’t see them online. Going out to go get hubby some fish for his birthday. I’ll check 🙂

    • CJ

I couldnt find this brand at Petsmart. I did find it at Petco and got 2 free bags for my local pet foos pantry. Only the chicken flavor had the sale tag on it, the others had sales tags at one time but they were ripped off so I dont know if all flavors are on sale. When the coupon scanned the register said the coupon wasnt valid until December of 2021, but the manager approved it.

  3. Steph

Wow…thank you! I just came from there (I HAD to get the free dog antlers…so cute!), but I’ll definitely swing by tomorrow and pick this up.

    • stacy

Just an FYI, Canyon Creek Ranch is the same company that makes the Canyon Creek Ranch and Waggin Train Jerky treats that were using chinese chicken and making pets sick.

      • Steph

Oh, wow, thanks for the tip. I went on their website and it looks like they are being very proactive about addressing the issue with their Chinese-made chicken jerky. (It doesn’t appear that they have had any jerky-related illnesses/deaths.) Also, in the FAQ section, it says that the chicken in their dry dog food is North-American sourced, and that the food is manufactured in Iowa.

  4. stacy

yay! im going to the shelter to donate blankets on saturday this will be a great addition!

  5. Karen

Thank you for the coupon! Its great to see some pet deals, since I only have fur children 🙂

I am not able to print this because I am in the market for a wireless printer and hoping to get one by Monday. I would be happy to reimburse someone ($1.00?) if you have no need for this coupon and could mail it (or email it?) to me. I have 3 grand-dogs that come visit my husband and me and this dogfood would certainly come in handy. Thanks in advance! You can email me at mdb123xyz(at)aol.com Thanks 🙂 🙂 🙂
OR….I could mail you some diaper coupons in exchange?

    • debra

You can have this coupon mailed directly to you. Go to the coupon and in the lower right hand corner click “Help” in blue. A page should come up to input your address. hth

Unfortunately, I am not able to bring up the coupon 🙁 My computer isn’t able to download the coupon installer thingy (well, my computer might, but I’m not able to figure it out lol). I’ve tried a few things to no avail. Is there a different way to bring up the coupon? Thanks for the suggestion though. Hoping that someone doesn’t need the coupon and is willing to mail it to me @ mdb123xyz(at)aol.com

    • Ann

I will mail it too! 🙂

  7. Anthony

Hey, has anyone tried to use the free natural balance coupon more than once?

  8. Robin Weber Beck

Called the store and they said it is 18.99 and not on sale. Onsale online I noticed but the cust serv cant figure out how to get the coupon in the system and they have free shipping.

    • Rosa

      18.99 for 4-8lbs?

    • Kiki

They do scan at $18.99. Once you give them your rewards card, the system takes off $9.00. Your store may have just scanned the bag.

    • Sara

At our store the chicken & brown rice variety was the only one on sale. The cashier could not get the coupon to work, but the manager came and adjusted it with no problems. Thanks collin! Our dogs were getting low on their food so this was a great savings for us. I decided to donate $1 at checkout to shelter pets since we saved so much on our bag.

      • Bianca

It was the same way at my store- only the chicken & brown rice variety was on sale. Some of the bags had 2 free cans of wet food when you purchased a bag but the cashier wouldn’t let me use them

        • Lis

Same problem here ladies, the manager just rung up an added small treat of 18 cents and then it took the coupon. So even though I had to buy a treat I did need nor did my dog, it was still a good deal. The problem was the system not wanting to recognize the coupon value of $10 and the dog food was only $9.99.

  9. Brooke

The chicken ones were on sale but they wouldn’t accept the coupons because it was over the price of item and manager didn’t have a coupon policy!! UGh

    • Denise

I had the same problem at my Petco because the bag was on sale for $9.99, the clerk said the computer wouldn’t take the coupon. I didn’t want to argue with her, but I was really disappointed!

      • Lorijean

Same thing at my Petco. I was really disappointed, but I didn’t think to ask her to check with a manager. Might go back…..

      I had emailed you

      • kelsey

I did not get it:( sorry

  11. Brooke

    Anybody know Petco coupon policy????

  12. CO Mama

If you login to your Petco Pals Reward Account there is a Petco Store Coupon for $5 off Canyon Creek Ranch Dog or Cat Food (no size restrictions) & also a coupon for a Free 10oz Tub of Beneful Dog Food & one coupon for a Free 5.5 oz Can of Friskies Cat Food. Lots of freebies we are looking forward to donating to the shelter!

    • bennettanthony

Do you know how many times you can use those FREE coupons?

  13. Kiki

I just got back from buying these and the sale tag was only under the chicken flavor. Also, the sale ad has a picture of the chicken, so to be safe we just bought the chicken. My daughter’s Girl Scout troop is doing a community service for the Animal Shelter in January, so these will be a great start. Also, on the bags there is a coupon that says you get 2 free cans of dog food when you buy that bag. Woohoo! We didn’t have problems using the coupons at all. After getting the free antlers and Beneful, the cashier paid me $1.10. I was expecting to pay tax, but she paid me. I asked her if that was right and she said yes. I was able to print 2 coupons per computer and the sale ad says 2 per customer.

    • Brooke

weird they didn’t let me do it! The computer wouldn’t let them!

      • Kiki

Do you have another store close by that you can try? I know I always have problems using my coupons at the CVS closest to me, but I drive 1 mile further up the road and no problems at all. I’m not sure why the systems at the same named stores aren’t set up the same.

      • bennettanthony

They wouldn’t let you use the coupons or give you overage?

        • Brooke

They wouldn’t let me use it at all because the coupon was more than the item!

          • Brooke

Yes was thinking of making a trip to the other one close to me and see what happens

  14. Karen B.

I just tried to get the coupon, and it says that the coupon program has ended.

  15. Suzanne

Says coupon program has ended. 🙁

  16. Brooke

Well I went to the other Petco and after alot of fight I finally got them to adjust the coupons down, the computer just voids the coupons if they don’t do it maually. They adjusted and I eneded up only paying tax, but the tax was about $8. Not too bad for 5 bags of dog food and 10 cans with the extra coupon attached to the bags!

  17. Bianca

Thanks, Collin. We were in desperate need of some dag food, and this will allow our very tight budget to go a little farther this week. Bless you!

  18. ernestina

i went to the petco near me but the manager did no let me use my coupons because it was more than the value of the bag. ad that he could not adjust it.. what can i do

    • Brooke

I went to 2 petcos and the second one adjusted it down after alot of back and forth. The first one refused…Try another Petco? I did have to pay tax though…

      • llc

I was -.02 cents so the cahier said to add something else to the order. She suggested making a $1 donation so I did. Paid $.98 for two bags and two wet food (from petco site).

    • Lis

Ernestina, my PETCO just had me buy an additional small 18 cent treat and then it took the 10.oo coupon. So try that. Their system just did not like the item being 9.99 and the 10.00 copuon.

  19. Janie

Heads up! There’s are survey inside the bag & (if qualify) you get a $20 prepaid cash card for completing the survey!!

Got a couple at Petco earlier, didn’t scan, they manually did it. Only the chicken is $9.99 & they have coupons on them for, buy the bag of dry food & get 2 cans free!

    • Brooke

Did u end up having to pay tax??

  20. Annie

aw man it ended :(!! if anyone doesn’t want their could you email the coupon to annie_p@rocketmail.com?

  21. Susan Coupon

I couldn’t use it either. I just did the onine chat and they said to go back and ask for the manager. Plus, they gave me some points to use… don’t know how much…

  22. barbara

in Montgomery AL, only the chicken had the tag, asked the manager who was my cashier if all flavors were on sale due to tag location and he said he would give me sale price on all flavors. Picked the bags with the free 2 canned food coupons. He did have to adlust the coupon down a penny (computer didn’t like it) and the free can coupons only credited 2 cents so he had to override them also. I did pay tax, 10%, so I got two bags and 4 cans for $1.98. My beagle will be happy.

  23. Jessica

not sure which Petco you shop at, my Petco in. Clermont Florida refused to take the coupon on a bag because they were priced at 9 dollars 99 cents.. they refuse to price to coupon down and were quite rude about it

  24. Valerie

My Petco handed me a free doggie antler and accepted the coupon I had and my husband had. But since the cost was $9.99, they said that I had to purchase something to make up the difference, so for $1 I got one doggie bone that was at the register. I’m donating both bags to my friend who just adopted a new lab.

  25. Susan

Not sure if anyone is still trying to get this deal but I just got back from Petco and the manager explained why this won’t (or shouldn’t) work. And it makes perfect sense. The Pet Pals price is $9.99 because when you use your card, the discount is actually a “manufacturer” discount. He even showed me the price tag on the shelf and sure enough…it said right on it “manufacturer discount”. Some Pals Rewards are “store” and some are “manufacturer”…just depends on the item. Since the coupon from the website is also a manufacturer coupon, you of course cannot apply two manufacturer coupons to the same item. It really shouldn’t work for anyone. The managers & cashiers that are pushing it through are only going to get $10.00 back from the manufacturer. So Petco is losing the other $10.00 every time someone does this. I appreciated the manager explaining this to me and thanked him for his time. I love to coupon but only want to do it legitimately and not have anyone lose money that shouldn’t be.

    • Lorijean

      Oh, that makes sense! 🙂

    • Barb

I tried to use coupon yesterday. I was told the same thing that Susan was. That the $9.99 price was a MANUFACTURER discount. I have never heard of such a thing. Didn’t make sense to me & still doesn’t. Has any other store EVER told you such a thing?

      • dawn

I had the same thing happen to me today too. frustrating…
