I have read so many comments about the “unclaimed” gift cards.I think the unclaimed prizes should go to the homeless/hungry children to make their holidays a little better. Shame on the people that expect to have a chance at them. Thay have been blessed with a warm home food in the fridg and obviously a computer/smart phone. I am thankful to have had the good fortune to sit in my warm home and to have had one chance at winning. Thank you.

Please spare us the lecture…you don’t know what people’s circumstances are. Be thankful and don’t judge others.
I completely agree with you “grr” – NO ONE knows other circumstances. Hip2Save has readers of all backgrounds – if someone is a college student – a lot of colleges have computer labs, some provide laptops and wireless. Some employers provide cell phones that are even smartphones. You don’t know if someone is living with friends or family due to hard circumstances. Maybe they are fighting cancer and the bills are piling up and they were hoping to win to help afford a Christmas for their kids. Maybe some of her readers use gift cards to allow them to do more for others during the holiday season (I won a few gift cards a couple weeks ago through a sweeps and used it all to buy stuff for Operation Christmas Child). This is the holiday season, which should be filled with love – we don’t need to judge others that we don’t know what challenges they face in life.
