The hand cream freebie is your problem. It is out of stock. I clicked on the “no thanks, do not send it to me” and asked the shopping bag to do another function (calculate my shipping because these was not update button). That removed the hand cream. Otherwise, start from scratch in a new browser after starting a new beauty.com account or it will remember your offers (including the freebie hand cream). HTH.

Just clicking on the remove Shoprunner ineligible items will not solve your issue for some reason. I think the website has a glitch. It should remove the hand cream freebie because it is out-of-stock (therefore making it Shoprunner ineligible) but it does not do it. :/

Seems they changed the free items due to others being oos. Been playing around with cart and have added 2 freebies so far. Takes a little work to get the best deal.

You have to be careful when adding your free samples and using shoprunner. You can’t get the cologne sample with shoprunner and they want to charge you 5.99 for the shipping of your freebie. Take it out and add something else!

My status says, “We’re processing your order. One of your items is on back order.” It doesn’t say which one is on back order, but since it’s for a Christmas present, hopefully they won’t hold on to it “forever” while they wait for the one item. Oh well, at least so far it hasn’t been cancelled!

I got my order in the mail today. 4 items for a total of $8.64 including tax, not too bad. While I have to say that all items except for the candle are on the small side, I still think it was a pretty good deal.

This was the best deal! The candle is sort of small, I guess, but it’s a really, really great quality. The Jurlique deluxe sample is a large sample of a well-reviewed $50 product. The hand cream is a great size for a stocking stuffer or extra gift. Thanks!
