So funny i tried for like 20 min then went off and left my screen up and cooked lunch came back the form was up and figured i’d fill it out but bet i am too late and it went through said congrats and then i got a confirmation email right away! YAY!! Took awhile but so worth it. Sending it to my mom who has been very sick with some kind of gastrointestinal upset for almost a month now and seeing a GI specialist on Dec 8th. Maybe this can help her? I dunno we are all at a loss these days. Thanks!!

Mine went through after they said the promotion ended. I called and while I was on the phone with schiff and they said a million people logged on and crashed the site they also said the promotion ended a few seconds ago. I still had the page up and I hit the submit button and it went through I got an email stating I got the samples.
