Download on iTunes and then transfer it to your device. The code was not visible on the iPhone. Works on the iPad very well

I clicked on the link on the Computer and it showed my redemption code and then I just redeemed the code on my Iphone.

I am getting an error on the computer and the ipad. Clicking on the Get Started button or the login button gives the same error.

I can’t get it to work on the ipad or pc. You start with the facebook button, right? I went on to allow the app to post on my behalf and then it gives me the error message and tells me to go back to the home page and try again.
