This is NOT the same set as Lifeway sells. This one does not play music or light up like the other set just so you know.

To those that care, just be careful that this is not the complete set that Lifeway sells… there are no shepards or other extra pieces.

Ditto. The one sold at Family Christian has more pieces than this set and plays music. To me, this one is not worth the price.

We have this set and love it! The kids play with it through out the year and then right after thanksgiving we put it up on a shelf for decoration for Christmas. We have a fun family tradition that my husband and I started with a different nativity set before the kids were born. We put the wisemen on the opposite side of the room and move them a little closer to the nativity each day with them arriving on Christmas day. It’s so much fun and is a constant reminder of what we are celebrating. It also is a great way for little ones to visualize different parts of Christ’s story.

We have this set. You press down on the angel and the star lights up and it plays, “Away in a Manger.” For us, this one is great! My kids all love it and sing along.
