try clicking on the rewards tab and then selecting “hand-picked offers”. someone commented earlier to do this and it worked for me!!

I could only get it after I entered 1 code which was for a 12 pack. Before that I flat out could not access it whatever I did.

I do not understand how people are having such problems. I said this earlier, but will put it again and hopefully it will help. I did not have to enter a code to access the reward. I simply went to the top of the screen, scrolled over Rewards Catalog, moved my mouse down to the What’s New section, clicked, scrolled down and clicked on the 12 Days of Holiday Rewards icon. It takes you straight to the reward and my account is showing that they are still available. Hope this helps.
