Are the rebates new every week? For example, if I already bought photo paper from two weeks ago and submitted for rebate and for the plain paper as well from last week, can I do it again this week or are they yearly/monthly rebates?

On the rebate form, it says purchased between date—to—date. Seldom do the rebates overlap so you should be fine doing it again.

When I was on the website yesterday, said there was a coupon code for $5 off a $30 purchase. And I have a $20 ink reward. Doesn’t help for the rebate items
but $5 for $30 worth of things I need, awesome! I think I’m getting some canned air this week. Knick knacks are in need of dusting.
