double ck your profile.. log in and make sure you have the same home & email address on file that you’re using to request the sample. If they don’t match it’ll tell you you’re not eligible. You also have to be signed up to receive their emails too.

Thanks, mel! My email and address were right, but I wasn’t signed up for the emails. I changed that. It still won’t work, but maybe it will be updated and might work next month!

I have never been able to get anything from this site. When I try to get the offer it says I’m not a member although I am, and can log into the site as a member. Anyone have any idea why? I can’t seem to find this offer on the home page of Boxtops, anyone else know how to get to it besides through Collin’s link?
