        I can’t get it work either. I don’t know why but keep saying my order contains items that do not qualify for ShopRunner even though everything in my shopping bag are shopprunner eligible. It shows re-order & backorder shipping free so I just can’t figure it out :(

    On a side note… Does anyone know how to get to the 12 days gift cards on My Coke Rewards? I know people were having trouble before, but I never did, until now. I’ve tried looking under “My Special Offers” and it comes up, but when I click on “View Collection” it says “Sorry! We found 0 results for your search”. If I go through the main link, it’s still showing the darkened cards from the first 4 days. HELP! There are a few more I really want to get. Thanks for any help!

      I had problems last night trying to get the Best Buy GC. I had to keep going through the 12 Days link and refresh the page til it finally showed up. I think everyone was on at the same time cuz it took me about 30 mins back & forth before it showed, then another 5+ mins waiting for the page to load between claiming and verifying my addy. Took a lot longer than the WM gc, that took me 10 mins!

      I had to use a different browser. It kept me going in circles with Firefox from the special offer to the main page, but it would let me buy it. Then I logged out & used Internet Explorer and that seemed to work.

    I wouldn’t count on getting the set if its OOS. The last deal that was posted with freebies went OOS as well and then a few days later a cancellation notice for the freebie was emailed out. I didnt receive my cancellation notice until after my other things shipped. So just to let you know, if you are really counting on getting the freebie, don’t hold your breath.

      Bummer! It said in stock when I checked out, but my confirmation email shows 2 separate shipments, with “pre-order and backorder shipping free”. So yeah, they will probably cancel shipment #2, which is the free Philosophy gift set.

    I can’t get shoprunner to work for a purchase under $25. It says I need to remove non-qualified items (the backordered free philosophy gift), but when I click on the remove button it doesn’t remove anything. I can’t click on complete my order either unless I pay $5.99 shipping for the free gift! Oh well :(

    Oh it’s so annoying – It’s in your cart, you put your credit card in, hit enter, and the sale goes through with the gift. Very sneaky. I called and they said – sorry – no substitutes – no back orders – no anything. I feel like I just got taken advantage of by I could have bought my products cheaper on line and at Ulta. Lesson learned.

    Another dissatisfied customer here…put the order through last night well before the free gift was out of stock. Noticed it was not on the confirmation email, so I emailed the company. Back and forth emails. Just got this reply:

    “Thank you for writing to regarding our promotional email for the free body set worth $20 when you spent $10 on Philosophy products you recently received.

    In response to your email, this promotion was available ‘while supplies last’, and, due to overwhelming demand, the free body set worth $20 when you spent $10 on Philosophy products is already out of stock. We certainly apologize for the inconvenience this matter has caused. Rest assured that we will continue to offer other great promotions for you to participate in, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

    For the inconvenience, I have issued a coupon to your online account in the amount of $5.00. This credit will not expire, and is eligible for any purchase at You will receive an email shortly to confirm this credit has been applied. ”

    I tried to cancel the order-won’t cancel. Replied and told them that a $5 credit is not equal to a $20 product, and that I am disappointed that they did not offer to send it later since I clearly qualified and it’s listed right there on the site as available but on backorder.

    Yay-I paid 10 bucks for a lip gloss for NOTHING!

      I got a $5 credit as well but I told them that is a pathetic gesture on their part and insulting to me as a customer. The time and energy I waste on ordering items, having them cancelled and then returning them is not worth it. The $10 foot lotion I ordered is pathetic. I normally would never even have considered buying that kind of product but with the freebies it was worth it. Now, I have to waste my time in sending the product back and have my money tied up for weeks. The part that hurts the most is the company doesn’t even care about customers. They get away with unethical practices and there is not much you can do but not purchase items from them.

      I will not order from them any more and plan on reporting them to the BBB because I think getting customers to place an order with the promise of a freebie and then cancelling the freebie but shipping the paid for product and not giving the customer a choice to cancel is very under handed. Again, though, the company does not care about customers. I wish HTS would not post these orders but who knows maybe someone gets the very few freebies they get in stock. I know I never do.

    I think this company is deceptive and unfair in their practices. They send an email confirming your order and then cancel the order that is “free 2-3 days later after the paid products of the order are sent out and you can’t cancel the order. As a customer you do not any opportunity to cancel for the paid products. I think that is shady and unethical. I have several orders where I ordered a paid product and a free product and 2-3 days later I get an email telling me my “free” part of the order has been cancelled. I firmly believe that is a marketing/selling strategy to get customers to buy products. Very, very shady practice and probably not illegal.

    I quit buying from them for a long time due to their cancellations and I need to go back to that practice. I won’t order from a company where I feel duped. BUT this company is so big they don’t care about the small customers so no loss to them if I buy from them or not. They are very shady and have very shady practices.

    Very dis-satisfied as well! I would not have placed an order at all, if the promo was out of stock. A $5 off my next purchase is not enough to make me happy. I should have been able to cancel the whole order. Does seem very shady to me.

    I also got a “sorry but your order has been canceled” e-mail — however I didn’t even get the $5 off my next purchase!! I’ll think twice before ordering from them again :(

    Got the same cancelation on the Philosophy and one of the free samples so i replied to their email and told them to cancel the entire order and that I was going to tell all of my friends and family that they have a bait and switch policy. This has also happened to me at they should at least give you the opportunity to cancel if they cannot fulfill the whole order. I will not be ordering from them again even of they are giving away their stuff!!

    Got the same cancellation on the Philosophy freebie. When my $10 purchase came I wrote “refused” on the box and am sent it back. Now waiting for my credit. *frustrating* I didn’t get an offer for $5 credit.
