regarding the band-aids, my target had lots of retro band aids in the $1.00 bins including pac-man, and other retro games ( i think the old atari space invaders, don’t remember the rest) and retro characters that would be very popular. I immediately thought stocking stuffers when I saw them.

Maybe because the item is on sale it is considered “another offer” and the free shipping offer does not apply.

It shows up right before you pay. The free shipping applies to everything on their site. You have to chose economy shipping.
