    I don’t know how they could afford to give away a $8.79 product w/ a $2 purchase. I guess they realized that they should have put a purchase minimum on it to begin with.

    I don’t understand why this isn’t working for me :( I’ve added the Naturals Face and Body Bar to my cart… entered HOLIDAY2012 code and nothing happened… entered WELCOME15 and it took the 15% off but add shipping charges of $7.95! Bummed it’s not working for me…

    Still haven’t received a confirmation email and now I can’t log in to the website to check my order history. I even changed my password, in which they had my email on file to send me the link, yet I can’t log in. Guessing my order is going to be cancelled. I know my order went through because they took a dollar out of my account. Looks like I’m going to have to contact them.

    Just spoke to Customer Service. I was told if you did not have 15.99 worth of product in your cart, you will be charged for the rain bath. I was able to cancel my order over the phone.

    kacee glad you spoke to customer service, but seems to me it was their fault for having no minimum! I order this last night and already got my email confirmation so i hope this is not true!!

      The phone call was very weird. The first girl asked me how I got the number to contact them. Then she transferred me to someone else who asked what codes I used, and I told her the two above. She said, all orders will be checked and if there wasn’t 15.99 in order, you would be charged. I asked her since it was a website issue would they be honored and she said no. I went ahead and cancelled before my card was charged. Good luck to everyone!

    On phone with them now, they cant find my order even though i received a confirmation email ! She said there was a glitch and it would be rectified by tomorrow. I asked about them charging full price and they said they could only charge what i had authorised or cancel the order. I will check tomorrow but as of now i have no order showing :(

      i agree michelle. i hope they don’t . it is not the customer’s fault that there is no minimum to get the free gift. i will definately be calling them if i see extra charges on my account.

    I just called and she said they can not charge more then you authorized.. she said either it will go through, they will cancel or they will contact you to tell you the coupon was not used right and they need to charge more and ask your permission.. I would think if they charged more then you authorized you could contact your bank/ cc company and do something about it… companies just cant change your order amount on their own..

    I ordered last night at 4:50 PST . I ordered the Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes and then added the code for the free Rainbath and it went into my cart. Then added the 15% off coupon. I like everyone else I did not recieve a conformation email. But there’s other sites that do the same thing (no email for orders) like But I did receive an email for signing up. I just logged into my Neutrogena account and it shows my order. I use my PayPal debit card for online purchases. I just looked and there’s 2 pending charges from Neutrogena. One for $1 and another for $1.82. I guess we’ll see if the charges get deducted from my bank in a couple of days. If not then I know Neutrogena cancelled my order.

        I did 2 orders one for my daughter one for me. I missed a letter in her email ( I found out after ) so she didnt get a notice at all. We shall see. Good news is looks like they going to send them after all :)

      I just called today and they informed me both my orders were cancelled. However, I did not receive an email regarding this, which is what spurred me to call. People may want to check on their orders. I am also checking my credit card statements to make sure I still wasn’t charged.

          I talked to a very rude lady.. I placed two orders and I received them today along with a third order which I did not place. Two orders were for the right amount and the third was $10.63(this one
          was for the bar soap only)She said theres nothing she can do about it so what do I want.

        I got a email this morning saying my items have been shipped. The funny thing is they said that I wouldn’t be able to track it when I ordered because it was going USPS. In my email there’s a tracking #. Clicked on it and it’s going UPS to USPS. Says I should have it tomorrow. :)

      I didn’t get a double order but one of my orders came with makeup remover wipes. I’m not complaining. I’d rather have those than the soap :)

    I got mine today and was pleasantly surprised to see the $1.69 price on the invoice. When I ordered, I couldn’t figure out how to get it to accept both codes. So, I just used the code for the free gel and my total was $1.99. i’m glad they automatically adjusted my charge to the lower price.
