Best Buy Rewards Members: Check Email for Possible Mystery Reward Valued at $10-$5,000

Yay! If you’re a Best Buy Reward Zone program member, be sure to check your Inbox for an email containing a special “Mystery” Rewards Certificate. You’ll want to look for an email titled “Mystery Reward Inside: $10-$5000 in certificates” from BestBuyRewardZone@emailinfo.bestbuy.com. If you also received this email, be sure to print the certificate inside that email as it contains a Mystery Reward valued at anywhere from $10 to $5,000 in certificates!
Just bring the Mystery Rewards certificate to your nearest Best Buy store by 12/24/12. Ask a store associate to scan it to reveal the value. If the value of the certificate is $5 to $500, you may redeem it immediately through 12/24/12 at participating Best Buy stores (not valid online). If it’s worth $250,000 Reward Zone points (= $5,000 in Reward Zone certificates), you’ll need to call the toll-free number printed on your receipt by 12/28/12. Redeem your certificate in a single transaction with a total purchase price equal to or greater than the value of the certificate.

The first one allows them to tell you the value, the second one is for the cashier to actually take the value off your purchase…hope that makes sense!

I just called the Best Buy Rewards Zone member customer support line to ask why I had not received the Mystery Reward and I was told that it was random. I was then credited a $10 as a courtesy for calling to inquire about why I had not been chosen to receive the mystery reward.
