WooHoo! Currently, Wrapp, a social gift-giving service that allows you to give FREE and paid gift cards from top brands to your Facebook friends, is offering up completely FREE $10 Hayneedle.com gift card whenever you download their FREE app from the Android Market or iTunes store.
Just go here to get started. After connecting through Facebook, choose the friend (consider sending it to your hubby, roomate, or friend that will be willing to send you one back

You download the app and can get a one time gift card. Then they have promotions every week where u give three free of a particular type of gift card and u get back 1 for urself. But other gift cards like this one, you can only get if u have a friend on wrapp who is willing to give u these free gift cards. So it’s best if you have a couple of good friends who will give u gift cards and who you can gift cards to.

Just got a cancellation e-mail — “Thank you for placing an order with hayneedle.com. Due to overwhelming response to the Wrapp promotion and limited supply, we are unable to fulfill your order. We apologize for this inconvenience.” No coupon, no credit on a future order, just a “we’re not honoring our promotion” e-mail. Needless to say, I will not consider doing business with this company in the future.

Just got through on Hayneedle’s customer service line. I was told that the free shipping code was only supposed to be for items that could be found in the catalog, and my $9.99 baking pan was not, so it cancelled the order. I was told to contact support@wrapp.com for a new code. Wrapp is supposedly aware of the issue and will give a new promo code. Don’t think I want to buy anything else from them right now!!!

You would think that the companies that do these offers would be well aware of what codes/promotions they have going on in conjuction with the offers they make.

I gave a phone call to place my order since they gave me an email to place my order because I chose pay by phone/mail option.
First they asked my order number. Second they asked my credit or debit #. ( which means they CAN place the order and they have enough materials right?!)
Then they told me my order as a regular price.
So I told the guy on the phone, the price is wrong and it should be free using wrapp gift card # and BMERRY( free shipping code ).
Then he put me on a hold then he told me that due to the overwhelming order, they can’t accept my order.
I asked him if they don’t have enough materials then why you could’ve ask my credit information, then.
If you don’t mind to pay on the full price then they will place your order.
They lost our business.
If you happen to give them a call to place your order, please make sure how much is the final price is because they will try to charge you the regular price + shipping!!

I don’t like when some companies do like this, is like they are having advantage from your blog, because you have many people, and after cancel all the orders.

After seeing all the comments, I checked my order and it was cancelled I called customer service and they said they were having “problems” with the wrapp promotion. I asked if they would be issuing a credit, and she said because the order wasn’t shipped it wasn’t billed. Classy. I expressed my disappointment on their facebook page. I think this will end up costing them more in the long run. I for one will not be doing business with them and hopefully wrapp will not promote them again in the future.

Horrible company, cancelling everyone’s orders that used to Wrapp promo. Customer service is a joke, they keep giving the same response to everyone, I have emailed, called and gotten the same response! They just don’t want to live up to THEIR own promotion! Bad way to do business!
