Anyone else getting an error when they try to “reveal” the codes? I’m wondering if they are getting hit with a lot of traffic right now or something. The app seems to be running really slow

Ok so eventually the code did work. I think it needs some time to update in their system. If you go to Sephora’s website and go to “my account” and “payments and credits”, there is an option on the right hand side to check gift card balances. I used that to double check the balance before trying to apply it to my order.
Same thing happened to me. It says current balance $5, but when I enter it into Sephora’s website, it says it is invalid. Nice.
OK i think i figured out what’s going on! So after you get your gift card # and pin, back out of the gift card and re-open it. When I did that, the pin # actually had another number at the end that wasn’t showing up before. After I re-entered the PIN, everything worked perfectly.

Make sure you enter them as a gift card NOT an eGift certificate. The PIN is really tiny right under the “done” and “more” buttons in the app

Can’t log on through facebook. They’re asking that I change something about my cookies setting but when I do this, I see that exactly what they want me to change is already set up as a default on my computer. I’m stuck.

I was reading the reviews for gyft and opted not to download this app. Glad I didn’t, they seem more trouble than what its worth. I like wrapp, I have no problems sending, receiving or using the gc’s!

i just tried using gyft code star12 and its saying its no longer valid. When i entered the other code, it says to contact support. 🙁

Where does the Gap giftcard show up at?
If you don’t have a great connection on your phone, you may get errors revealing the gift card codes. I had to turn on my Wi-Fi b/c my 4G was a bit spotty. Then when I went to type in one of the gift cards and PINs on Sephora.com, it told me it was invalid. This was BEFORE I had entered my payment info to cover the $.93 tax. I also backed out of the GYFT app and reopened the card again. THIS time I entered my CC and billing info first, then the gift cards… I could be wrong but I swear there was an extra number on the PIN upon reopening… guess I didn’t read right before. Anyway, 2 liners, 3 samples, $0.93 shipped! Yay!
