    I did this last time they offered the samples; just know that if your item is limited stock or back ordered (which prep was last time) when they do get it in stock and shipped you no longer get the samples (I called when I got my product with no samples and they said that was their policy) Bummer :(

        I just received my fre prep spray from weeks ago and none of the samples were in the box. I emailed them and got a response rather quickly that the samples would be mailed to me separately via usps. We’ll see if I get them. The email I originally received had the samples listed. I responded to that email and said I expected to get the free samples that were on my invoice because I would not have purchased the spray for $6 if I were not getting the free samples.

      I actually got double the free samples. Three separate shipments! (My order, and two boxes of freebies.) Still unimpressed with the product, though. I figured at those prices, there has to be some magic in the bottles, but it doesn’t seem any better than drugstore product. And I really, really wanted this stuff to work. :(

      I got mine fine a week or so ago! The box had the shampoo I ordered (which was not on backorder, the spray and then a few samples!)

      I called them and told them I would be returning the product and requested them to pay shipping if I didn’t get they wouldn’t send the samples. They told me they’d send them in 5-7 business days.

      Hmmm,I already ordered too….it didn’t say ANYTHING about being out,just said ALL orders come w/ FREE SAMPLES & FREE ship NO Code needed.Have to say I WILL BE Pretty upset if that is the case.

    I had the same issue. Turns out, they cancelled the samples on my order. I wrote them through the website and told them it was poor business to offer that up and cancel, and they are sending out the samples now.

    I think the Prep spray stinks :-P. And if it goes on backorder again they will cancel your samples. They have good stuff in the $8 to $12 range too. My favorite is Tonic Spray and the small bottle is $7.

      Thanks for the heads up. I have super thin hair and I got the styling creme and was entirely unimpressed. Didn’t do anything John Frieda could do. Won’t bother with Prep Spray, either. I don’t get why this stuff gets such raves.

    I wouldn’t bother with this deal! I did this last month I got my product in the mail yesterday it took 25 days and came with NO samples!!!

    It took a month for my last 2 orders to get here and had no free samples in them. I called and they said they would send 8 of the 11 so who knows what ill be getting. Probably not the full sized samples i ordered.

    I just called Bumble and Bumble they said “TRIAL SIZE PRODUCTS DO NOT NORMALLY QUALIFY FOR FREE SAMPLES” So they just drop off on there end. Even if it says it on your order, the 2 oz won’t qualify and you won’t recieve any samples.

    I’ve done this three times during the holiday season to get all the awesome samples and everything I ordered went on back order. I called the first time and was told they automatically cancel the samples when an item goes on back order, a poor business plan if you ask me. But I insisted and said I would send it back without the samples so they sent them separately. So far I’ve gotten one box of samples and am waiting for two more. It does take a LONG time to get the products but I was happy with the resolution and all my yummy samples!!

    I personally will be putting them in dispute with my CC if I don’t get what is promised on my order summary and they fail to pay for return shipping.

    I got the samples last time, but I did order the tonic instead of the prep. I really like the Tonic, but it’s definitely not suited for my hair (oily scalp, bob cut). I feel like it would be best for women with long, slightly curly to very curly hair.

    I have taken advantage of these offers twice during the last few weeks and I have always received everything…I do love Bumble & Bumble products! However, I have always asked to have all the stuffed wrapped and both times – NO WRAPPING! Oh well…I am sure they don’t offer free gift wrap for these types of items although it allows you to choose free gift wrapping on the website.

    I have participated their promos MANY times…Always received my samples and in timely fashion. Their stuff is great and I only justify ordering when it comes with free stuff. I love the prep, tonic, thickening spray, styling lotion, surf spray..I have fine hair.

    I like the prep spray for my daughter’s thick and wavy hair. It is good at getting the tangles out. I ordered the 2 oz size last time the deal was up and I received it and the samples in a timely manner.

    If you don’t receiver your samples because an item was on back order, just call, tell them you didn’t receive and they will reshot the samples. I had 3 orders since Black Friday happen this way, customer service was very apologetic and has reshipped all the samples to me!! You just have to ask ;)

      Thank you for putting this! There are so many negative comments about people not getting their samples! I have ordered twice from them and last time my item (Tonic) was on backorder so the samples were cancelled. When I emailed them the reply was SO nice and explained that when items are on backorder, they have to cancel samples per their policy, which makes sense to me. Their samples might be different when a product becomes available again. I was told I would get my samples within a week and I trust that that will happen. Anyone who hasn’t gotten samples, just ask them. They will be so nice and happy to send them to you.

    Like everyone else, I also had issues with shipping and getting the free samples. I would say if you really love the product, then get it, otherwise this is not one of those deals worth the hassle! Thanks Collin for all you do!

    To everyone who didn’t get their samples with their Black Friday & Cyber Monday deals, I just got off the phone with them and supposedly – whether you contacted them or not, you should be getting an email from them within the next day that they went into all the orders that had their promotional items cancelled and are sending out the promotional items to everyone, so we should be getting them in the next 5-7 business days.

      That’s funny- I called this morning. And that was not the case. I told them that I was incredibly upset about the way they run there business. If the product was back ordered- why is the same promotion running not too much later. There customer service rep was very rude and basically told me its my fault for only ordering one of there cheapest items. I told them that if that was why I didn’t receive my free items then they should put restrictions on there promotions if they can’t handle them.

      You are right! I placed an order on black friday and one on cyber monday. My black friday order had no issues, came in within a few days and all my samples were there. Now on cyber monday my order was put on backorder but a few days later I received an email stating I would still get the samples just in a seperate box 5-7 days after my order. Well, I recieved the item yesterday and my samples came in today. I have had really good luck with them so far.

    Wow, everyone complaining about a bad deal and no samples, really!? There are more important things in life to worry about than FREE SAMPLES.

    If you take two seconds to calmly explain that you didn’t receive them, they’ll be MORE THAN HAPPY to get the samples out to you. That’s what I did.

      You must have gotten a different customer service person. Mine was very rude- and did not offer to mail the samples out. She told me if I wanted to return them I would have to pay for shipping…. Not what I would call happy customer service. I didn’t come on here to complain- just to warn people that this deal might not work out as planned since it didn’t for me.

    I ordered last time and only received the product I ordered and not the free samples. Well today in the mail was my free samples! I like bumble and bumble products and even better when they give free samples.

    I ordered three times and always got the free samples as promised, and super fast shipping. I have ordered $6 & $8 products as well and never had a problem.

    Got my samples with my first order. Second order I placed on Cyber Monday, the product ended up going on backorder. They kept me posted about the status of the order. When I received it there were no samples. I called customer service and she said that happens when an item is backordered. Apologized and said they would ship out the samples. Now when I see that an item is out of stock, I order something else. If you didn’t get your samples, just call them.

    Sorry to hear that so many have had such problems. I have received all 3 orders I placed with all my samples and within 2 shipping days. I thought their service was awesome.

    I placed an order in November. Products were back ordered one month and I never received my samples. have sent emails inquiring about this and I have gotten zero response!!!

      If an item is backordered longer than 30 days they have to automatically cancel your order. This is to do with merchant processing laws, not their company policies. I am not excusing their lack of communication though. They should have replied back.

    I did this deal twice! My second time was faster, I got my shipment within 3 days and my first one took a month but I got all of my samples which came in a separate box a day after. The only problem is that these products aren’t amazing. I tried their surf spray and my hair did not even create waves. I had more waves without the surf spray. Quite disappointed in the products I’ve tried. Overall, I love how fast their customer service is and the amount of samples I get.
