Hate being a negative nelly…but bought those boots (very bottom, on the right) for my little darling last year and they fit horrid. Very flimsy….she literally wore them for about three minutes and never did again. They sure looked cute though~!

I bought the brown ones just like those last year and didn’t like them either. I thInk I paid $10 for them. My daughter wore them a couple of times and one of the things on the side fell off and the back bottom part where the heel goes is very flimsy. Not even worth $6…just thought I’d give my opinion!

I have had sooooo much trouble with totsy. My order in June never arrived so they gave me a store credit rather than a refund. Two orders since then were cancelled due to system error. Finally i managed to use half my credit to place an order on oct 31st which still hasn’t arrived. Customer service takes two weeks on average to respond, and that response always says something to the effect of sorry you’re having trouble, we’re here to help, call us. No real help yet! And this all started with a plum district voucher they wouldn’t honor until plum district stepped in…that was back in February. So almost eleven months since I spent the money, and still no products. I recommend you buy few sizes up on those boots!! Worst online experiences ever.

I ordered Pillow Pets from Totsy for friends/kids…so of corse i didnt open them… when the kids opened them on christmas…. two of the five didnt work….. the wires insided werent attached to the noise maker
and i had already had them stored away for over 4 months, so i couldnt return them…

I bought some boots for my 3 year old a few months back. She wears a size 7 and the size 7/8 was too small for her. Totsy does not take items back. Also the quality of the boots was poor. Cheaper than walmart or target. I would not order these again.

Totsy clothes and shoes are made in china by kids/ people who get paid pennies to work . I know almost all clothes are made in china but you can see a big difference in quality of some of them . When you pay $5 – $10 for boots don’t exect to wear them more than couple months !
Also when I ordered my sandals everyone was saying they run small so I ordered size bigger .when they arrived the shoes were huge ! Wish I have ordered the real size I wear .

I also ordered a pair of these boots for my toddler months back from totsy and was really disappointed. There was a hole in the sheepskin part of the ankle lining on one boot, they felt very flimsy and cheap and they were extremely slick when walking on smooth surfaces such as tile. My little one slipped a handful of times in the first 20 minutes so we took them off him and he hasn’t worn then again. Total waste of money in my opinion.

Totsy is really a gamble. I ordered a pair of these type of winter boots along with a pair of rain boots. The rain boots were amazing but the winter boots were horrible. The sole would not bend at all (literally would not bend!). And their customer service was TERRIBLE. Not worth ordering from them in my opinion!

my experience is ok with totsy some items quality is not the best kinda cheap but come on they have boots for a buck $1!!! i have 4 girls so i just bought 29 items and paid 66.25 free shipping and vipmom discount code btw shipping in 3 days not 1 month like usual and as for customer service they are better than a lot of other companies. i called 3 months ago to complain about a cheap shoes that the sole was peeling off after 1 use sent a photo and explaination and they refunded the store credit
