If you are lucky enough to have this offer in your account, be sure to check/clip the box to the left of the offer to activate it. As you can see from my screenshot below, my particular offer expires on 1/5/13. Come back and let us know if you find this offer in your account as well!

I don’t know if it makes a difference at all but I got an email from “rite aid single check rebates” that had “$3 up reward just for you” in the subject line, and it had a link to follow with directions to activate your wellness + account online. Maybe you have to be receiving the single check rebate emails or something???

I had and clipped. Does this mean I have 3 up reward on my card? I get my normal UP rewards printed. “Single check rebate” confusing me a bit

yes, it will be on your card even if you normally have paper ups. The reason it says single check rebate is basically because it is a peace offering from Rite Aid for canceling the single check rebate program

I am having the same problem with a different product’s coupon (Suave lotion). I choose clip and then when I go to My Coupons it does not show listed with the other 20+ coupons there. But stays in the digital coupon tab as new every time I go back there to try and clip it. All I can figure is I can only have a certain amount of them clipped perhaps? :::shrug:::

I cannot tell you how aggravated I am at rite aid right now. I called two weeks ago about a up that didn’t print, and sense I was In the store the recipt wasn’t showing on their system yet. The lady told me that I would receive a call in the next day or two, over two weeks later I had to spend another hour on the phone only to be told that the in store signage was a misprint. Excuse me, you couldn’t have told me that weeks ago while I was in the store to return the product? And I never recieved a callback. I am taking this up the ladder because I don’t care how much the reward was that us missing, but there is no excuse for poor service.

I’m surprised. They usually have excellent customer service. There has been several occasions that an UPR didn’t print and I call customer service within minutes of getting home & they send it out right away!

I know, first time I have recieved this kind of service from them. They even wanted to try and file my complaint against the store at corporate. When they asked for the store number I said no, my store is excellent and the managers I know by first name would hate to see me take all of my perscriptions to cvs, but I am filing a complaint about the customer service department. We will see if I get a call back from the supervisor at corporate on Monday or not, if not, on to the bbb I go.
