I spent like 20 minutes shopping on Totsy yesterday. I picked out all kinds of things and by the time I went to check out I went from 15 items to only 2 available! I wasted so much time “shopping” it’s just frustrating. It’s like your shopping in the store and the cashier hunts you down and says “Sorry mam’, I’m going to have to take this out of your buggy because someone at the register is ready to pay and they like what you have, so I’ll just take it!”. It should at least save your items, I know (or thought) it use to. Just very frustrating when that happens. I can’t check out every 2 minutes in hopes to get what I want.

I had the same experience. It’s quite frustrating and a complete waste of time. I had 10 items in my cart and when I was ready to check out, I only had 1 left.

Does anyone know if the clothing, including jackets, is true to size? I wear a size 18-20 so I would be at the top of the sizing chart but I am always afraid of things running even a bit small!

i found a pair of apple bottom winter boots…i always check other sites for a price comparison. totsy had them for $22.00, the cheapest i found them on any other site was $79.99!! some sites even had them for $140.00! ive heard of orders being cancelled in the past for items no longer being available so ill keep my fingers crossed on this!

Everything I try to put in my cart is out of stock, even though it says it’s there. This site is awful and very slow. I don’t think I want to waste anymore time. Sure, they have lots of deals but 95% of what I add to my cart is no longer in stock. Super frustrating. All of the cute coats are not adding to cart.

I loathe Totsy. I have ordered twice and neither order came to me complete. Their customer service is a joke. The stuff I did get came two months after I ordered. Buyer beware.
