I bought this top to run outside in the Arizona winter. My first run in it was at 40F and windy, and it worked out great. I didn’t feel chilly, even stepping outside before I started running, and it kept me warm, not sweaty, and the sleeves didn’t ride up at all either. I like the longer length at the bottom too as it keeps more of my waistline and back side covered up.
Wore this when out for a recent run. Kept me warm and was a snug fit.
