Does anyone have one of these? I have a DSLR camera was wondering if it would be enough space to fit the camera along with a few lenses and accessories in it. I hate camera bags but if this is big enough, it’d be perfect for what I need!

    • Jen Trimble

i bought one a few months ago…and this is the 3rd type of organizer i bought, by far the cheapest and NICEST!! you can throw it in the wash if it gets dirty, there’s ton of pockets too! i don’t know if id use it by itself since there’s only a very small handle but inside a purse/handbag, its WONDERFUL!!!

      • Jennifer

        Thanks for the info!

    • casey

The size of the bag is approx: 11.2″ x 6.7″ x 3.7″. I think it’s too small to fit a DSLR camera and certainly doesn’t have enough padding to protect a camera and lenses.

This looks cute, but I decided not to buy because there is a weird 3 star review saying the company is harassing the writer to change the review. Maybe this is why there are only positive reviews? Also noted in one review that there is quite a strong plastic smell. Its so cheap, it is probably worth it to try for most people though!

    • SoxGirl1029

I saw that review too, but I went ahead and ordered anyway because the inside of my purse is enough to scare someone LOL…I like big purses which means things literally get lost inside of them!

  3. Keli

I bought a couple before Christmas and just got them this past week. They are great and Nicole it fit my SLR camera like a glove. It also has a solid feel despite being less than five bucks. The smell goes away once it’s aired out of the package. Much like opening a new pair of shoes – they always smell funky when they have been stuffed in a box for too long.

  4. Nicole

Thanks Keli! 🙂 This will be perfect then! Purchasing one (or two ;P) now!

  5. Renee Schuhmacher

Etsy.com has several purse organizer pockets like this. I bought several for all the women in my family and we love them. You can order different sizes so if you wanted one to fit your camera it wouldn’t be a problem.

  6. Cathy

Thank you! I just ordered one for myself and my sister to throw in our bags we’re going to carry around Disney. Thought it might be a little more organized that way! 🙂

  7. Jes

I didn’t get the camo bag that I ordered in November you posted about that shipped from Hong Kong. I say buyer beware!

    • MommySpendsLess

Since Hong Kong is a country, not a particular seller/retailer, I doubt they’re related. I’m sure I’ve had issues with a US based company at some point but that won’t be deterring me from ever buying something from a United States based company again.

      • Cindy

MommySpendsLess: Hong Kong is never a country but I agree with rest of your comment. 🙂

  8. Holly

I bought one… For those that have it, how tall is it? Does it have a place I could store a bottle or sippy? My diaper bag doesn’t have enough pockets. Thanks for the great deal Colin!

i usually just use those inexpensive clear plastic zip pouches in the make-up section. one for notes, pens … one for feminine items and tissues … one for earbuds, charger(s) … 🙂

  10. casey

I bought one of these through Ebay. I really like the design of this purse. It has lots of pockets and a double zipper pouch. The material is nice, too. I bought 1 purse. The lining inside the purse was not completely sewn together. I wanted to return it, but the shipping back to HK costs more than the product itself. If it weren’t for the lining not completely sewn, it would be an awesome purse. I used super glue to glue the lining inside the purse. Hope it holds up. The seller on Ebay (I assume it may be the same seller who is selling the purse on amazon) did refund me a dollar, but asked me not to leave any neutral or negative feedback.

    • lea

thanks. these arean excellent deal at 98 cents for 5

    • Patty

Thank you! My husband just asked for a tablet stylus a few days ago. I love it when I can please him for pennies 🙂

    • Mollie

This is a good price! I like to keep one handy in the car, purse, etc. You can never have too many styli when you live in Northeast Ohio and need to wear gloves (plus I’m colder than the average bear!). Better living through modern technology 🙂

    • CJ

Thanks! My 4 yr old just ripped the tip off mine & I didn’t want to buy another but for that cheap I will. (And I don’t have to be upset if he destroys another one.) 🙂

  11. stefanykriner

Got one! What a great find, thanks Colin!

I’ll pass on the cheap Chinese-made products.

    • SP

I totally agree! It’s disturbing how much stuff is made in China.

    • I

Just totally curious, not to start a debate…but I’m not quite sure why people make remarks like “cheap Chinese made” when lots of people here mentioned how good it is. People that made these are being paid, have a job, work hard, and need to provide for their families. Being poor in countries outside the u.s is totally different than being poor here. There isn’t food stamps, no nice shelters, and the poor are much more frequent there. Buying products from there help support their jobs.
I’m sure if u stopped buying anything Chinese-made, or Indian-made, or phillipeans-made….then you’d be living in an empty house or you are of the top tier financially.
China made items are affordable, and many times durable. And for those who want to save, and need the Type of item featured, then I’d say go ahead and buy 🙂

      • oliushka

        I agree with you 100%

      • Jaime

I agree as well, though we don’t know how the workers that made this are treated or compensated. (Not starting a debate either – just saying that it’s truly hard to know WHERE and WHO your products come from, even if US Made.)

There are MANY “USA” companies that have parts and service done outside the US, and many other “foreign” companies that have manufacturing here. People need to realize that is is not a black and white issue. We are part of a global economy.

        • I

I totally get that people don’t like the issues revolving around how workers get treated or compensated, but a job is a job and if that’s all they can get then I’m sure they don’t want people to stop buying their products bc then they will have no job. Even here, if we can find something better, we do…but many of us are stuck where we work bc it’s a means to get buy. As is the case overseas I feel. If we feel that strongly, it needs to be addressed to the Chinese govt, not on an individual item basis. 🙂 just my thoughts. And spot on about global economy.

      • me

a lot of products that come out of China & other foreign countries are high in lead. Many of these laborers also have horrible working conditions, such as work long hours for little pay, hundreds of workers crammed in a small work space and having to meet a quota. You can’t get away from everything foreign made, but if I have a choice between them vs something a little more expensive/durable & USA Made, then I go with USA and support our folks.

    • SoxGirl1029

I buy USA whenever I can, but the reality is most of us can’t afford it. I hate Walmart and I hate that I sometimes have no choice but the shop there. I’m saving to send my daughter to college in 5 years and I have to stretch my money as far as I can.

    • Ariel

You would be suprised too to how much of what you buy on amazon or ebay from US sellers, came from china. I know alot of people that have businesses on ebay and amazon and over half of their stuff comes from china. With ordering this, your just cutting out the middle man and saving a few bucks.

      • Mar

Guys it is a product and not everything that is foreign means enslaved production or necessarily bad for America. Some besides it is a great sale price. I’m all for supporting humanity and American made products. But really even things that are made “in America” use foreign materials to make the product. It is just not labeled that way. I know this because I used to work for America companies that used foreign parts to make “made in America”. I don’t down what they did if you can pin-point to me which companies are the ones using enslaved foreigners to mass produce then we are talking. However, the logistics are that not everything is affordable here and most Americans are in a financial crunch. Even large corporation have a budget and can only afford so much before jumping to the other side “countries” for foreign material or production.

    • Hiro

I just hoping people don’t decide by country. I’m not Chinese, but as Asian myself,to me sometimes I feel like people saying ” We are American better than you guys.”. I’m not trying to argue. just my honest opinion.

      • Em

Everyone wants to support their own country, that’s anywhere you go. I have lived in many countries. And of course people are going to think their country is best.

      • Mar

Not all of us think that way Hiro :). Besides there is more to mass production and choosing where to make a product than most people understand. However, most people like me are proud of our fore-fathers and our founding nation and seeing the state of our economic issues in the US it would be nice to see most products made in “America” to open doors for more employment. The reality of course is that there is way to much politics, red tape, and laws that prohibit say a corporation from actively mass producing sometimes all of their products here in the USA.

I need one of those i was just going through my purse today talking about all the things in it.I have a shout color catcher in there lol.Batteries a nail clipper. Thanks Collin.

  14. Julie G

I’m gonna try it. I actually ordered a 2nd to give to my best friend or my sister, whichever wants it. I figure I won’t be out that much money if I don’t like it and I can give it to the YWCA with my next batch of donations.

  15. Nickie

This was on my want list but I forgot about it! I’m not usually into cheapo China made products as I have my own handmade business, but my purse is a hot mess… So trying it out! Thanks!

  16. Em

I love all of these folks buying from Etsy. American made <3

    • Pamela

      This says:
In Stock. Sold by Digital Center(Ships From Hong Kong)…. You must have read something different?

      • Em

I’m talking about the people commenting about buying from Etsy, not this product Collin is pitching.

  17. mandi

You post about such a variety of awesome things. I never even knew about these! My awesome man just bought me a gorgeous coach bag for Christmas, but it has no pockets inside. I hate the black hole effect! This will save it! I wish they came in other colors / patterns besides grey/yellow! Thank you!

  18. Pattie

Not as nice as a quilted organizer…..but I use a big zip lock plastic baggie thingy to corral small items in my purse.

  19. Mel

Woo hoo! Snagged 1 for my diaper bag and 1 for my mother-in-law! 🙂

  20. tiffany

this items it a fabulous idea. it would make changing purses a snap.

  21. Kathy

Picked one up. I don’t know if I’ll use in my purse but it’s a great organizer bag for my camera and iphone/ipad accessories! Thanks! Also picked up the stylus pens!

  22. Jaime

Giving it a try. I rarely change purses because of the hassle, even though I have some really cute ones. Maybe this will change that! 🙂

  23. Mollie

Thanks Collin, just ordered one for me and one for a gift! I have ordered from Hong Kong in the past and been quite pleased with the quality. I do also shop local for certain products and unique gifts. I respect each of you for your personal shopping habits, decisions and situations. Happy New Year!

  24. lisa

i plan to use between the seat in my van. never enough organization with 5 kids….

  25. Sadie

  26. The Lady Fritzler

Super thrilled about this. I’ve been wanting something like this for my big purse! I bought three so I could use the others as gifts!

  27. Cathy

Thanks for posting this. I bought an almost new purse at a garage sale this summer for $2. I love the looks of it but it has no organization and has been driving me nuts. I have been thinking about buying a new one. With this I won’t have to. Alot cheaper than buying a new purse!

  28. Nichole

I ordered mine on ebay, lots of different styles and colors, these are great!

  29. natalie

I just ordered one a couple days ago from Ebay. It was a little more but I wanted a different color and it is coming from California instead of Hong Kong.

  30. Mar

I just ordered one and honestly it is a great price. My friend ordered one when they were like $20.00. I have a huge a purse and I always have to chasing things around in my bag. Once a week I clean it out. I use a big bag because of course I have kids. But the fact that my belongings can be organized is great eliminates 1/2 of the time I’m looking for kids stuff.

  31. Carol_R

Thanks Collin. I just ordered 2 of them. Great price.

  32. Brenda

I ordered one from a small company through Living Social a coupleof months ago at this price with free shipping. It did take almost six weeks to arrive. Maybe it will be faster through Amazon. It is made fron nylon and the quality is not bad at all. Time will tell how well it holds up.
