But for some reason I’m NOT able to. It keeps telling me that the card number or security code are invalid. Anyone else having this problem? I’m only having to actually put in the security code; the card number already appears after I go through the sign-in process.

make it so that you have to type in ALL the numbers acrd number & security code, I was having the same problem and when I completely did it on my own it worked!

I got the same message and when I tried to add it as a new card it wouldn’t work. But when I logged out and back in I was able to add it as a new card by typing all of the info in myself. Then, I just transferred it to a card I already had money on. It worked perfectly!

You have to use the “view desktop site” option. You should be able to select that option from the “menu” button on your phone when you navigate to the page

It has worked for me before to print it out and cut out the little rectangle with the barcode. On the email I got it said “sent you a $2.60 USD Starbucks eGift to spend on your favorite beverage.”

Bummer that I use my “other” Facebook account to do mine since I didn’t want to give the app access to my refular info. I don’t “friend” people on that page since its only for deals and coupons! When I try to transfer the gift card balance to my gold card, it says the CSC code isn’t valid even though I’m typing it in exactly as it appeared in the email link Starbucks sent me.

I had trouble redeeming the e-gift card into my Starbuck’s account. Finally, I tried the “Add a card” feature and manually entered the e-gift card #. That worked. Redeeming it just gave me errors and didn’t work.

Instruction on how to transfer the eGift card onto your own Starbucks account/card:
1. Open your email, click on the link to claim Starbucks eGift card & enter your email address. IMPORTANT: write down the card number & CSC info of the eGift card you just claimed.
2. Click on “Transfer to my Starbucks card” button, log into your Starbucks account.
3. If you have more than 1 registered card: Select a card registered under your Starbucks account you wish to transfer the amount TO. NOTE: If you only have 1 card registered, just click on the image of the card.
4. Click on Transfer Funds link on the menu under that selected Starbucks card, then select “Transfer TO” option.
5. Enter the eGift card number & CSC info (of which you just claimed & wrote down in Step#1 above) on the left side of box under FROM THESE CARD(S) section, then click Continue on the right side of box under TO THIS CARD section. You should be promoted to click “Preview…..” which completes your fund transfer.
Congratulations, you have now officially transferred the eGift Card $2.60 into your own registered Starbucks card/account.

The email took 5 minutes to arrive and was in my spam.
I entered info to balance transfer, the first time it didn’t work but I hit the back button re-entered the info and worked perfectly.
Not able to load from smart phone must be on desktop I used safari and t went through like butta !!!

I got the impression that if you have a Starbucks card you will get $2.60 to spend there but if you don’t you will just get the blonde roast drink.
