Linda, I had that happen once, but today I was able to pop it (but did not win anything). It is kind of hit and miss.

It is hit or miss for me. Somedays it works, other days I have had to try 3 or 4 times throughout the day. Only thing I can think of it keeps track of when you last did it and you have to be at least 24 hrs out??? I too have tried different browsers and it still won’t pop. Btw, I find the days it won’t pop are the days I don’t win anyway so no biggie =)

Linda this may work for you- I have found that once I enter the game & the balloons do not pop, I just hit the refresh button & it works after that. I have played late at night & then the following morning. It doesn’t seem to be a 24 hour thing but by the day using PST.

which store are you using? I am starting to wonder if it’s not Kroger that is giving people problems. Between finally getting (which is a hit or miss within itself), then the balloons don’t want to pop. Oh well, Kroger and I are at odds anyway. Prefer to shop at Giant Eagle or Meijer.

Does anyone knows if the sum of the wins get subtracted as a whole from your purchase? Like if I played three times and won $1 each, would I get $3 off my next purchase or would I get $1 off the first transaction then and $1 off the second transaction and so on.
