When I printed it, it says that it’s a manufacturer’s coupon, but it also says redeemable at Walmart (it says this in 2 locations on the coupon). Can I only redeem it at walmart?

No, that is just an advertisement. If it was redeemable only at walmart, it would say that specifically. I have seen that before.
