The deal describes Sharpies, but the sign shows Bic Mark Its. Are the Sharpies bogo too and the up rewards or are the Bic only BOGO and the Sharpies are the up rewards. Or are the Bic BOGO and up rewards???

    • Edie

In the second picture that has more pens in it, you can see Sharpie brand highlighters and pens, and they appear to have the B1G1 sign on them. 🙂 So going by the pictures, I would say that both Bic and Sharpie are included.

    • Liz

Tested 8 pk Sharpie. Got $4 +UP rewards. I don’t know if BIC 12 pk will give you $4 +UP or not. Anybody tried BIC markers yet?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Sorry for the confusion. Only the Sharpies are part of the +Up Reward deal. I accidentally had the Bic pictured. I just updated the post.

    • Nicole

The Bic are BOGO, but no rewards. The Sharpies are BOGO with the +Ups rewards.

  2. stacey

math on thezero degree bengay seems off, the tag it is normally 14.xx, not 9.xx, am I missing something? thanks

    • blogginmama

I think the lowest. Item is what. The. $5.70 is priced at, even though it does not state it is a “zero degrees) product…

      • Melissa

Your missing that it says 40% off hth

    • Ashley

The bengay on the right is 9.49

  3. Whitney

Has anyone done this deal yet? The last time a BOGO deal was posted with a monthly reward it didn’t work for me. The store only printed out one up reward because the second item was free.

    • Misty

I did the sharpie deal on Sunday and received 2 $4UPS.

      • des

        hi! did u mean the 2pack s @ 3.19?

    • Misty

      I purchased (2) 8ct sharpie for 9.99 and received 2 $4ups.

  4. brandy

Sweet deal! i still have my $3 off Bic Markit coupons .

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Sorry for the confusion. The Bic that I accidentally had pictured are not part if the +Up reward deal – only the Sharpie markers.

  5. Carol

Remember if you are a gold wellness member, your 20 percent off may override the sale price. You would need to buy 7 of the Nivea lip balms, still a moneymaker, just not as much.

  6. Liz

The unadvertised $2 monthly +Up Reward is for selected Art Skills or Sanford products. If you already bought 4 Art Skills markers earlier this week, you won’t get more +UPs if you buy sharpie markers. Just remember that limit for both of these offers together is four.

  7. Marty

Yes its the wrong bengay I’m afraid, the original rite aid deals thread for the week has the price listed right, which is 40% off of the 14.49 which makes it $8.69 or something to that effect. I think the ibotta deal was just for the zero degrees bengay. Its still a great deal if you combine it with the other items to get to the $30 needed to generate the $10 up reward

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You are right, Marty. Sorry about that… just updated the post with the correct price.

  8. Emily

There’s a coupon in one of the recent inserts for 1 dollar off any bic stationary item and sharpies are made by BIC!

    • Emily

Sorry – Sharpies are not made by BIC but they have their own brand of sharpie type markers. Those are what are in the picture and on sale and those are what the coupon is for! I like their markers just as much as sharpies. Will be heading back to rite aid tomorrow for my third day of deals and rolling rewards.

      • Liz

Let us know if BIC 12 pk markers gives you $4 +UP rewards.

        • Anna

They do not. Looked this morning. Bic is B1G1 but no extra UPs.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Ya… sorry for the confusion. I just updated the post. The Bic markers I accidentally had pictured are NOT part of the +Up Reward deal.

  9. Liz

Sharpie highlighters 2 pk ($2.89/$2.59) get $1 +UP rewards, limit unknown.

  10. Jes

I actually bought a 4 pack of Mechanical Pencils at 4.29. They were BOGO. So 2 for 4.29 and they BOTH produced a $2 UP+. So .29 for 2 packs 4 packs of pencils. Love. My receipt as does not say that I’ve reached my UP limit and I’ve gotten 4 of them.

  11. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Sorry, all! 🙁 I just want to apologize on these deals. I wrote them up really quickly and made too many errors. I have since updated the post and it should make more sense now.

For the Bengay, I had the calculations wrong, so it’s a bit more money out of pocket than I thought. Also, the Bic markers are not part of the +Up Reward deal – only the Sharpie markers. I accidentally had them pictured, which I am sure confused many of you. Sorry about that.

    • TODAY DEAL

hi, how many sharpie 8 count can i buy for the deal? limit 4? or limit 2? thanks

  12. Marina

    Limit is 4. I

  13. Leslie

**The Nivea lip balm that is strawberry flavored is clearance at my store for $1.49 but not marked, I didn’t know it until I bought them used the $3/2 and I had to go grab more to hit the $15 mark to get the $8 reward back. These did count toward that reward and I did get the $8. So they all ended up being free and I got back the $8 reward 🙂 So you will want to do a price check if you find these.

    • Leslie

Forgot to say in the picture they show them with packaging, at my store they were in a clear bin by the regular nivea lotion and didn’t have the packaging they just had that shrink wrap stuff on them. Don’t know if that will be a difference in the clearance price.

  14. Jessie

I did the sharpie 8 count deal and it worked great! Also, look for the packages that have a package of the mini sharpies attached to it as a bonus!
I also bought 2 of the sharpie 4 ct highlighters (b1g1 @ $4.29) and got 2 $2 up rewards back so it was just $.29 for both packs together!
    Thanks Hip2Save! 🙂

  15. Robin

I managed to find two of the sharpie packs with bonus packs attached to the back – they were tucked wayyyy in the back and I had to.swing by two different locations to find them, yesterday.

Also picked up 5 Mitchums, which, at the 3.99 price, are 3.19 gold… which ends up being .19 a piece!

  16. TODAY DEAL

hi, how many sharpie 8 count can i buy for the deal? 4? or just 2? thanks

    • Daniel

I can’t definitely say there’s not a limit, but I did check the tags in my store yesterday and the $4UP for Sharpie does NOT have a limit listed…so may be unlimited (?)

      • TODAY DEAL

hmmmm, Sharpie Markers Fine Point 2 packs $3.19 each with UPC Code 071641301627, no limits too? thanks

    • KELLY

I bought 2 yesterday and 2 of them tody, and got $4 Up on all 4 packages of them, so it;s at least 4. Nothing on my receipt about a limit being reached, but I’m not sure if it shows that on the monthly deals or not.

      • KELLY

I was refering to the 8 packs of Sharpies, not the 2 packs 🙂

  17. Lisa Abbott (@csupink26)

What is the RP where I get the Nivea coupon?

  18. couponladyiam

Lisa, RP (Redplum) is one of Sunday newspaper coupon inserts.

  19. Laura

I did the 2 pack Sharpie deal. Bought 4 and got 4 $2 +UPs. Check the UPCs b/c the peg labeled 3.19 was empty, but the other pegs had the product. They were in the wrong spot.

  20. Jenn D

I am so excited for the sharpie deal – we use them alot with girl scouts AND I can donate them to my daughters school as well. I have gone to two of my riteaide and gotten two in each store (leaving plenty for others). Each store did have the mini’s attached with several more in stock 🙂

  21. alina

I searched through both the RP inserts and even looked in the SS insert.. I do not appear to have received the Nivea Q’s .. anyone run into this ??? I am in Maine
