I won one too, and I called them the other day and the customer service person told me they mailed my coupon a month ago, so I tell her it never showed, she remailed it to me and enclosed 4 coupons for free 12pks and 4 two liters, I did a happy dance all the way back from my mailbox! I suggest calling them.
