Target had this tumbler in their Starbucks store “Clearance” bin and it was $30.00 last weekend.

    • Ava

That’s a clearance? Geez! Too expensive, regardless of the free coffee.

      • Jenn

Yep! That’s what I said, which is why I didn’t buy it. lol

      • irene

For $30, I could get 9 bags at the store and be set for the next 12 months!!

Does anyone actually buy brewed coffee at Starbucks? I’m a coffee drinker and I think it’s nasty (though I buy and brew Starbucks at home). My husband insists that people like Starbucks for the faux “coffee beverages” that are 1 percent coffee, 99 percent add-ins.

      • Allison

Yup! I’m all about the add-ins. I don’t much care for coffee but love the frappe with whipped cream! It’s more like a treat every now and then for us.

I heard from my Starbucks in San Marcos Texas, inside the Target that all there clearance items will be price down from 30% to 50 and 70 for their holiday stuff. I don’t know if that might be true for the rest of Stars bucks; but worth keeping your eyes peeled for it.

My Starbucks honored the $20 sale price last week. I didn’t think waiting 5-8 days for it to ship would make it worth the money in coffee by the time I received it, so I asked and they gave it to me 🙂

    • Lisa

I was thinking the same thing! I will check my local Starbucks today. Thanks!

  4. Natalie

Got this for my husband for Christmas. The coffee would cost $2.85 a day and he gets it for free. So worth the money!

I used my coupon for that Blond coffee yesterday!! Thank god it was free b/c it tasted nasty!! I’m not even sure it was coffee! It might have been some kind of tea!! Anywho w/ tons of creamer and sweetner it was barely drinkable!!

    • Scentsy Jenny

I’ve been wondering about the Blonde roast. Guess I won’t bother. Thanks for the review!

    • irene

I love dark roasts, so the blond wasn’t appealing at all. Transferred the blond funds to my card and plan on getting something else.

      • LisaR

Then I gave my friend the $5.09 GC and next thing I know is she is ordering about a 6-8 word long coffee drink and used the whole GC amount plus she had to pay out another buck something!! I guess it’s not hard to spend $5-$7 on a coffee at Starbucks!! LOL I’ll stick to my Kurig Coffee!! LOL

      • Laura

Irene – how did you get blond funds?

        • Yoko

Starbucks gave away one cup of Blonde coffee worth of coupon ($2.xx) in a form of e-GC the other day. We could transfer the $2.xx e-GC to already registered GC online. We didn’t have to get the blonde coffee that way. The deal is no longer working.

    • katie

I have the Blonde kcups and I really like them.

      • Emily

I do too! But I like lighter coffee. I’m not a fan of bold.

Thought about buying one for my husband but this mug has terrible reviews! It cracks very easily and leaks! Gonna pass on this one….
