I posted about this rockin’ deal on Nature Valley granola bars at Walgreens yesterday, but thought I’d re-post for all of you who may have missed it. I also want to point out that this deal is a bit sweeter than I thought. As I mentioned in the Walgreens weekly deals, Nature Valley granola bars are on sale 2/$4 and you’ll get back 1,000 Balance Rewards points with the purchase of 4.

Even sweeter, one of my friends purchased 4 boxes at her local Walgreens AND got back two $2 Register Rewards compliments of Nature Valley. Keep in mind that these additional Register Rewards are not advertised anywhere, but do appear to be printing as a couple of readers have also emailed about this. Plus, it appears that if you purchase 5 or more, you’ll currently get back two $3 Register Rewards!

So, here’s what the deals will look like if you get the bonus Register Rewards:

Buy 4 select Kellogg’s, Quaker or General Mills Products = 1,000 Balance Rewards Points

Deal Scenario #1:
Buy 5 boxes of Nature Valley granola bars on sale 2/$4

Final cost only $3 for all 5 boxes, just $0.60 per box + 1,000 Balance Rewards points! WooHoo! 😀

Bought 5 boxes in California today and only got 1 $3 RR.

Still working in Southern Oregon, Grants Pass. I got another 5 boxes received (2) $3 RR . There was still a bunch of different kinds left and the protein bars are working as well.

Just started couponing again after a 2 year break. This seemed like a good deal to start at Walgreens. Thanks for the advice! The 2 $3 RR worked for me in VA. I did one yesterday and 1 today. Now I have $12 in RR to work with.

Just curious why you took a two YEAR break (not a two month break)

I was working 2 jobs. Was working 13+ hours a day. No time to research and shop. Now that I have more time and my stockpile is almost gone I have decided to start up again.

Worked yesterday in Puerto Rico! Yupi!
