If you’re looking for another way to earn a little extra income (especially with the holidays fast approaching!) or maybe you’d just like to have the chance to try out new products before they hit the market, then you may want to check out Ipsos I-Say Survey company. Ipsos is a global survey-based market research company that serves more than 5,000 clients in more than 100 countries. As an Ipsos I-Say community member, you’ll have the opportunity to take surveys and earn rewards that can be redeemed for money (in the form of an authorized check), donations and prepaid American Express cards.

Most members receive surveys at least once each month with an average of about four per month, and the more surveys you take, the more points you earn. In addition, many Ipsos members also have the chance to test new products and services before the general public. If you’re interested in joining Ipsos, click here.

Check out some of the positive comments from other Hip2Save readers when I posted this last month:

I have been on here for about a year and I have earned enough to receive gift cards in exchange for points earned and I have tested things like diapers and hair products too. I’m not going to pay my cell bill with what I earn but it is something to do and get some nice returns.

This is my favorite survey, I enjoy doing the game at the end. I have cashed out my points for money & have done product tests on shampoo; cone air fresheners; dog chew treats & lotions, all full size products. You never know when you get picked to do product test so I complete all surveys completely. I totally recommend joining this one!

I joined not too long ago and within a month I had earned enough points for a $20 PayPal credit, and am well on my way to more rewards. I also love the Poll Predictor game at the end of the surveys that give chances to earn big cash rewards.

I’ve been doing those for about 4 months now and it’s awesome. I get points easily and save them up for a variety of gift cards or a check! plus I’ve gotten tons of free toilet paper and paper towels from them to try!

How about you?! Have you joined Ipsos yet? If so, what has your experience been like?!

I have been a member of this site for about 5 months now maybe and have gotten $30 worth of Amazon Gift Cards! Plus with my Amazon Prime shipping is free! No reason not to do this deal. Take simple survey’s to get $$$$

  2. gohogsgoinar

I love these surveys. If you are a member of mypoints.com make sure that you sign up with the same e-mail address for both and you will earn MyPoints points for each survey too!

  3. Amy

I love this site! I have been a member for about 8 months and have about 6000 points, enough for a $50 gift card and then some, but I am still saving up =) The surveys are usually easy and interesting enough. I have also gotten lots of full sized products to try such as quaker granola bars, friskies can cat food, TONS of toilet paper, J&J baby wash, and more. NO reason not to join for sure!

  4. Julie

Bummer. Says they are not interested in my registration at this time.

  5. lisa

I have been a member now for over 2 yrs!! Pretty good site but take survey asap when u get it B/C they fill up quickly!! I have also tested several products as well!! Shampoo, paper Towels, Frozen entrees!! Funny, I just tested A Chicken Helper ( I already had chix breast) and inside a envelope was a $10 bill for ingredients!! BTW this was with a different survey site!! But OPINION OUTPOST is by far the best survey site I have been with!! You can make $20 to $40 a month very easy!! and they have Amazon and PayPal!! and payout is 1-2 days
There has been many times I have made a $5 Amazon code in one day!! Also, if you are considering joining any of these sites, go to their facebook page, gives you some good insight on them!! Also Check with Survey Police.com and see what their rateing is
Also Valued Opinions.com is a pretty good one too, I make about $100 a year, they offer $30 eVisa’s which is nice for Oline shopping!!

    • Shanon

I never qualify for points on Opinion Outpost =-/ I’ll do a survey all the way to the end (30min or more) and then it will tell me I didn’t qualify! I’ve given up on them; I’ve been a member for years now and still don’t have enough points for anything. They blow. I’m happy that you have good experiences with them though.

I haven’t personally used this site yet but i have recently been able to start making money from home by starting my own business. There are no feesto start it, no parties, and no inventory. Plus i get paid every month. It’s a great way to make some extra money from home. Click on my name if you too are interested in joining a great company.

  8. Alisha

I registered but cannot log in. It tells me I have a wrong password or email, I tried resetting my password and it told me my email isn’t in their server. I guess I’ll wait and try again later? Or am I doing something wrong?

    • Laura

Feel free to email me lwyatt21(at)gmail(dot)com and I’ll help you get set up. Thanks!

    • Ashley

same thing happened to me Alisha. Did you figure it out?

    • mmyers81

anyone know of any other good sites to earn free products or test/sample them? i have 3 kids and time are tough. thsanks

    • Ashley

I’m on pinecone research. Every now and then they email you a survey and you earn $3. Never had a problem. I’ve tested 2 products from them too. I would love to hear of other companies too.

      • Jennifer

I recently signed up for Pinecone and have completed around 4 surveys that were sent to my email. I never have the option of earning money…just points. Am I missing something or can you only redeem points for merchandise?

        • Ashley57

Bzzagent is a great site! I am currently testing Claritin D, Redbox Instant, Schick, and Glade through them. You don’t earn money, just some mypoints points. Also, it is part about wanting your opinion and part about sharing your opinions with your friends, like Smiley360. You can go to their site to sign up, but I would love to send you a referral link! Drop your e-mail below or send me an e-mail at sassysaver57@gmail.com.

I run a website that highlights the best companies to make money from. If you want to take a look at it, click on my name. I have been making extra money online for years with lots of comapanies, including ispos i-say, and the extra money really helps when times are hard. I hope this helps you! 🙂

I liked Synovate better. They did care and I trusted them. With I-say I had tons of problems when I did not get credits for completing surveys and they didn’t respond to my e-mails at all. Their poll-predictor game page has virus – every time I try to play this game, my computer detects virus Trojan horse and one time I was taken to a porno website. I took surveys from different computers from home and work and virus was detected every single time. Again, they never responded to my e-mails when I complained about virus. I decided to unsubscribe, because in my opinion it doesn’t worth my headache.

    • LisaR

Yea the poll -predictor has been messed up for a while!! It’s not even available for the past 3-4 surveys!!I I agree with you it was better when it was Synovate!!

    • kelly

I agree and liked synovate better. They seem to be out of rewards often, where synovate was straight cash. Glad someone else feels the same!

      • spring

I also agree, I don’t like this site at all. Synovate was way better.

  12. unravelingkinzie

I like it, but my jobs make me ineligible for many of them, so it’s tough for my to rack up points.

I have many times posted here that I liked I-Say. I wanted to let you all know of my bad experience with them since then. I did a very in depth food study where I recorded every.single.thing my family ate for 2 weeks. I sent the information back in to them. I was supposed to receive movie tickets in return for my efforts. When I had not gotten them after about two months, I wrote a very nice letter asking if they knew when they were coming. I got no response for a couple of weeks, so I sent another. I still got no response, and I-Say shut down my account without asking me and took all of my points away (thankfully, it was only about $11 worth). When I inquired about this, they said I told them to shut it down. I asked for proof of me saying this – they cited the date I sent the letter to them (but not the letter directly). They said I could open a new account, but I couldn’t get my points back.

Also, think about how much these surveys are really worth. Each one is normally 45 points or 90 points. 1500 points is $15. Therefore, they are only paying 45 cents or 90 cents for 20-40 min. surveys. Synovate was much better.

  14. rainbow

I enrolled, but why I can not log in? It says I am not found on their membership database.

  15. Ashley

I have been with Ipsos for about two years now. I have gotten to try new products before they were out on the shelves. I am in the process of building my points up to cash in for AMEX cards for my vacation in September. I love this site!

  16. Jamia

I joined in late November and redeemed a $25 reward before the end of the year. They don’t ask a ton of questions to “qualify” like some sites do. When you don’t qualify, they still give you 5 points AND you still get to play the fun poll predictor game that gives you entries in sweepstakes. I received my second shipment of toilet paper today to try (10 rolls total)! I am a bit concerned, however, that the survey for the first shipment hasn’t been made available to me as it should have been. It wasn’t emailed or available on their site when I log in, and I contacted them by email a few days ago without resolution yet. I hope I don’t get disqualified from future product testing for not being able to complete this one as directed by no fault of my own.

  17. k

I enrolled a couple of years ago and took enough surveys to earn a couple of giftcards. I also tested a couple of products. However then I hit a patch where I would receive a survey. When I logged in I would go throng the process of answering questions for approximately 5 minutes then I would be told I was not a candidate for that survey or the survey was closed to people with my demographics. I never received points for those surveys even though they collected 5 minutes worth of my information? Needless to say I lost interest.

    • k

I just saw someone else say they offer 5 points if you answer the qualifying questions and don’t qualify. Maybe this is new? I might give it another try.
