I keep having trouble with these SmartSource coupons. I get redirected to a page informing me I have to install java (which I already have installed and updated). I won’t click on it anymore because the last time I did my anti-virus software said it blocked a harmful threat from the webpage. Anyone else have this issue? I want these coupons! LOL!

I’ve had this same issue with Firefox lately. I gave up and just used internet explorer to print it.

Me too. I hardly ever use IE, but in this case, it’s the only way I could get it to work.

UHHH! Me too, Kimberly! I haven’t been able to print any SS coupons from IE in a couple weeks. I’ve tried downloading the newest Java, but still doesn’t work.
Oh well… hopefully I’ll be able to print again soon!

Heather, Try this and see if it works for you.
Uninstall older version, then restart computer, Install new version and restart once again. I tried this in firefox, didn’t work, Tried again in IE worked. Try the other one too, if first one still fails. HTH.

All of my browsers say that there’s no Java when I try to print from Smart Source. I’ve tried to uninstall it, but it tells me that there’s nothing to uninstall. Then when I try to install it (since it said there wasn’t anything there) it says I already have it! I’ve just given up on Smart Source.

Per Kim Kimando, one should just enable Java, even the newer version, to use on a trusted site and then disable it before going to another site. Better safe than sorry, I think.

Right now it’s $2.99, which is a sale price from the usual $3.49. The new sale that starts on Wednesday has B2G2, but no price listed in the ad. A bit worried myself! I went and checked out these prices earlier today, and shocked to see how much more Safeway is compared to the rest of the stores everyone’s talking about.

I have downloaded, undownloaded, and redownloaded Java countless times and smartsource keeps telling me I don’t have Java. I’m I the only one having this problem? It’s driving me nuts!
